As salamu alaikum Sheikh Tark E Rafaulyadain Par Ek Hadith He Jo Musnad Abu Awana Me Abdullah Ibn Umar Radiallahanhu Se Aayi He Kya Wo

Hadith Sahi He Deobandi Kehte He Ke Ye Hadith Tark E Rafaulyadain Par Ek Bohot Badi Dalil He Jawab Irshad Farmade

Walaikum Assalam Wa Rehmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma farmate hain:

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى يُحَاذِيَ بِهِمَا……..وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَرْكَعَ وَبَعْدَ مَا يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ لَا يَرْفَعُهُمَا

“Main ne Rasoolullah ﷺ ko dekha, Aap ﷺ jab Namaz shuru karte to apne kandhon ke barabar Rafa’-ul-Yadain karte……..Aur jab Aap ﷺ Ruku’ ka iraada farmate (us waqt) aur Ruku’ se sar uthaane ke baad Rafa’-ul-Yadain nahi karte the.”

Yeh Hadees Rafa’-ul-Yadain ki daleel nahi ban sakti. Kiunki:

 Kisi Muhaddis ne is Hadees ko Rafa’-ul-Yadain na karne par pesh nahi kiya. Dar’asal «لَا يَرْفَعُهُمَا» (dono haathon ko nahi uthaate) waale alfaaz ka talluq agle alfaaz «بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ» (dono sajdon ke darmiyaan) ke saath tha, asal main yun tha:

وَلَا يَرْفَعُهُمَا بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ

“Aur Aap ﷺ do sajdon ke darmiyaan Rafa’-ul-Yadain nahi karte the.”

Kuch logon ne in alfaaz ke shuru se «و» gira kar us ka talluq pichhli ibaarat se jodne ki koshish ki hai, jabki yeh «و» Musnad Abi Awanah ke doosre nuskhon mein maujood hai.


 Is riwayat ke rawi Imam Sufyan bin ’Uyainah Rahimahullah se yahi riwayat un ke chhe (6) siqah shagird «وَلَا يَرْفَعُهُمَا بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ» (Aap do sajdon ke darmiyaan Rafa’-ul-Yadain nahi karte the) ke alfaaz ke saath riwayat karte hain.

 Imam Abu Awanah Rahimahullah khud farmate hain ke ba’z raawiyon ne «وَلَا يَرْفَعُ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ» ke alfaaz riwayat kiye hain, jabki matlab ek hi hai, yani Aap ﷺ do sajdon ke darmiyaan Rafa’-ul-Yadain nahi karte the.


 Imam Abu Awanah Rahimahullah ne is Hadees par yeh baab qaayim kiya hai:

بَيَانُ رَفْعِ الْيَدَيْنِ فِي افْتِتَاحِ الصَّلَاةِ قَبْلَ التَّكْبِيرِ بِحِذَاءِ مَنْكِبَيْهِ، وَلِلرُّكُوعِ وَلِرَفْعِ رَأْسِهِ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ، وَأَنَّهُ لَا يَرْفَعُ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ

“Namaz ke shuru mein takbeer se pehle, Ruku’ ke liye aur Ruku’ se sar uthaane ke liye kandhon tak haath uthaane (Rafa’-ul-Yadain karne) ka bayan aur is baat ka bayan ke Aap ﷺ do sajdon ke darmiyaan Rafa’-ul-Yadain nahi karte the.”

Yeh kaise mumkin hai ke ek Muhaddis Rafa’-ul-Yadain ke suboot ka baab qaayim kare aur Hadees woh laaye jis se Rafa’-ul-Yadain ki nafi ho rahi ho, yeh aise hi hai jaise koi sunaar apni shop par sabzi ka board laga de.


 Khud Imam Abu Awanah Rahimahullah bayan karte hain ke Imam Shafa’ee aur Imam Abu Dawood Rahimahumallah ki riwayaat jin mein Ruku’ ko jaate aur sar uthaate waqt Rafa’-ul-Yadain ka suboot hai, isi riwayat ki tarah hain, lihaaza yeh Hadees Rafa’-ul-Yadain ke suboot par pukhta daleel hai na ke tark-e-Rafa’-ul-Yadain par! Wal-Hamdulillah!
