Kursi par baith kar namaz padhna kaisa hai?

Janab kya majboori ki halat me kursi par Beth kar namaz padh sakte hain is par tafseel se samjhayega kuch salaf ulama kehte hain galat hai kursi pr Beth kar padhna?

Alhamdulillah:
➊ Pehli Baat:
Qiyam, rukoo aur sajda namaz ke Arkaan mein shaamil hote hain, chunancha istita’at ki haalat mein yeh Arkaan shar’ee hai’at ke mutabiq hi ada karna wajib hain, lekin jo shakhs kisi bemaari ya budhape ki bina par in Arkaan ki shar’an matloob soorat (sharee'at ko matloob haalat) mein adaaigi se aajiz ho to us ke liye zameen ya kursi par baith kar ada karna jaaiz hai. Allah Subhana wa Taala ka farmaan hai:
حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَىٰ وَقُومُوا لِلَّهِ قَانِتِينَ
Tarjumah: Namazon ki hifazat karo, bil-khusoos darmiyan wali namaz ki aur Allah Taala ke liye ba-adab khade raha karo.
(Al-Baqarah, Surah No: 2 Ayat No: 238)
Aur Imran bin Husain Radhiallahu Anhuma farmaate hain ke mujhe Bawaseer (piles) ka marz tha. Is liye main ne Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se namaz ke baare mein daryaaft kiya. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya:
صَلِّ قَائِمًا، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَقَاعِدًا، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَى جَنْبٍ
Tarjumah: Khade ho kar namaz padha karo agar us ki bhi taaqat na ho to baith kar aur agar us ki bhi na ho to pehlu ke bal lait kar padh lo.
(Sahih Bukhari: 1117)
➤ Ibn e Qudama Al-Maqdisi Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Ahl e ilm ka ijma hai ki jo shakhs qiyaam ki taqat nahi rakhta woh baith kar namaz ada kare.
(Al-Mughni by Ibn Qudama al-Maqdisi: 1/443)
➤ Imam Nawawi Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Ummat ka ijma hai ki jo shakhs farz namazon mein qiyaam se aajiz ho to woh baith kar namaz ada kare, aur use namaz nahi lautana hoga, hamaare ashaab ka kehna hai:
Qiyaam kar ke namaz ada karne se us ka sawab kam nahi hoga kiunki woh qiyaam se ma’zoor hai, aur phir Sahih Bukhari mein Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan saabit hai:
إِذَا مَرِضَ الْعَبْدُ أَوْ سَافَرَ، كُتِبَ لَهُ مِثْلُ مَا كَانَ يَعْمَلُ مُقِيمًا صَحِيحًا
Tarjumah: Jab banda bemaar hota hai ya safar karta hai to us ke liye wahi aamaal likhe jaate hain jo woh tandurusti aur sahet ki haalat mein karta raha hai. (Sahih Bukhari: 2996)

➤ Allama Shaukaani Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Imran Radhiallahu Anhu ki Hadees mein daleel hai ki agar koi shakhs kisi uzr ki bina par qiyaam ki istita’at na rakhe to woh baith kar Namaz ada kar le, aur jo shakhs uzr ki bina par baithne se bhi qaasir ho to woh pehlu ke bal lait kar Namaz ada kar le.

➤ Aur Shaikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Musalman is par muttafiq hain ki agar Namazi Namaz ke baaz waajibaat masalan qiyaam ya qira’at ya ruku ya sujood ya tan chupaana ya qibla rukh hona waghera ki adaaigi se aajiz ho to yeh wajib us se saaqit ho jata hai

Is bina par jo koi bhi qiyaam ki istita’at rakhne ke bawjood Farz Namaz baith kar namaz ada kare to us ki namaz baatil hai.
➋ Doosri Baat:
Use ek cheez par zaroor mutanabbeh rehna chahiye ki: Agar woh qiyaam mein ma’zoor hai to is wajah se us ke liye sajda aur ruku ke liye kursi par baithe rehna jaaiz nahi.
Aur agar woh ruku aur sajda asal soorat mein karne se ma’zoor hai to us ke liye us se ma’zoor hona qiyaam mein bhi baithne ke liye jawaaz ka baa’is nahi hoga ke woh qiyaam mein bhi kursi par baitha rahe.
Chunancha qaida aur usool yeh huwa ki: Namazi jis fe’l (kaam) ko sar-anjaam dene ki istita’at rakhe use ada karna wajib hai, aur jis se aajiz ho woh saqit hai.
Lehaza jo shakhs qiyaam karne se aajiz ho to woh qiyaam ki haalat mein kursi par baith sakta hai, lekin ruku aur sajda us ki asal soorat mein hi karega, aur agar woh qiyaam mein khada ho kar Namaz ada karne ki istita’at rakhta hai aur us ke liye ruku aur sajda karna mushkil hai to woh ruku aur sajda ke waqt kursi par baith jaaye, aur sajda ruku se kuch neeche jhuk kar karega.
Mazeed tafseel ke liye aap Sawaal Number (9307) aur (36738) ke Jawabaat ka mutala’ zaroor karen.
➤ Ibn e Qudama Al-Maqdisi Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Jo shakhs qiyaam mein khada hone par qaadir ho lekin ruku ya sajda karne se aajiz ho to us se qiyaam mein khada hona saqit nahi hoga, balki woh namaz khada ho kar ada kare aur ruku mein ishaarah kar ke phir sajda ke liye baith jaye aur sajda mein ishaarah kare, Imam Shafa’ee Rahimahullah ka bhi yeh kehna hai…..
Kiunki Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
وَقُومُوا لِلَّهِ قَانِتِينَ
Tarjumah: Aur Allah Taala ke liye ba-adab khade raha karo. (Al-Baqarah, Surah No: 2 Ayat No: 238)
Aur Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
صَلِّ قَائِمًا
Tarjumah: Khade ho kar namaz padha karo. (Sahih Bukhari: 1117)
Aur is liye bhi ke qudrat rakhne waale shakhs ke liye qiyaam mein khada hona rukn hai, chunancha qira’at ki tarah use bhi ada karna laazim hai, aur qiyaam ke alawah kisi aur cheez se aajiz hona qiyaam ke suqoot ka mutaqaazi nahi, jaisa ki agar koi shakhs qira’at se aajiz ho to us se qiyaam saqit nahi hoga. ➤ Shaikh Abdul Aziz bin Baaz Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Zameen ya kisi par baith kar namaz ada karne waale ke liye zaroori aur wajib hai ki woh sajdah karte waqt ruku se ziyadah jhuke, aur us ke liye sunnat yeh hai ki woh ruku ki haalat mein apne dono haath ghutnon par rakhe, lekin sajde ki haalat mein us ke liye wajib yeh hai ki agar istita’at ho to haath zameen par rakhe lekin agar istita’at na ho to apne haath ghutnon par rakhe, Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعَةِ أَعْظُمٍ : عَلَى الْجَبْهَةِ - وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى أَنْفِهِ - وَالْيَدَيْنِ، وَالرُّكْبَتَيْنِ، وَأَطْرَافِ الْقَدَمَيْنِ
Tarjumah: Mujhe saat aazaa par sajdah karne ka hukm huwa hai. Peshani par aur apne haath se naak ki taraf ishaarah kiya aur dono haath aur dono ghutne aur dono paaon ki ungliyon par. (Sahih Bukhari: 812)
Aur jo shakhs aisa karne se aajiz ho aur kursi par baith kar Namaz ada kare to is mein koi harj nahi kiunki Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
Tarjumah: Tum mein jitni istita’at ho us qadar Allah Taala ka Taqwa ikhtiyaar karo. (Surah At-Taghabun, Surah No: 64 Ayat No: 16)
Aur Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
وَإِذَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِأَمْرٍ فَأْتُوا مِنْهُ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
Tarjumah: Aur jab main tumhein kisi baat ka hukm dun to baja laao jis hadd tak tum mein taaqat ho. (Sahih Bukhari: 7288, Sahih Muslim: 1337)
