Kisi Maslak Ke Naye Purane Ka Faisla Us Ke Naam Se Hargiz Nahi Hoga Balki Us Ke Manhaj, Aqaaid Aur Usoolon Se Hoga, Agar Koi Giroh Naye Manhaj Aur Usoolon Ka Paband Ho to Woh Bhale Apne Liye Koi Purana Naam Muntakhab (Choose) Kar Le Aisa Karne Se Us Ka Maslak Purana Nahi Ho Jayega, Isi Tarah Agar Koi Giroh Qadeem (Purane) Manhaj Aur Usoolon Par Chal Raha Ho To Garche Woh Apne Liye Koi Naya Naam Chun Le Is Se Us Ka Maslak Naya Nahi Ho Jayega, Is Liye Jab Bhi Yeh Pata Lagana Ho Ke Kon Sa Maslak Kab Se Hai To Us Ke Naam Ke Peeche Padne Ke Bajaye Us Ke Manhaj Aur Usoolon Ka Pata Lagaye Ki Un Ka Wujood Kab Se Hai, Agar Manhaj Aur Usool Naya Hai To Maslak Naya Hai Aur Agar Manhaj o Usool Qadeem (Purana) Hai To Maslak Bhi Qadeem (Purana) Hai.
Jahan Tak Naam Ka Maamla Hai Toh Yeh Aik Alag Masla Hai Is Par Sirf Is Pehlu Se Guftgu Ho Sakti Hai Ke Yeh Naam Durust Hai Ya Nahi, Lekin Yeh Cheez Qadamat o Hadasat (Yani Naye Aur Puraane) Ki Daleel Kabhi Nahi Ban Sakti.
Yani Agar Naam Naya Ho Lekin Aqaaid o Usool Qadeem (Purane) Hon To Maslak Qadeem (Purana) Hi Hoga, Aur Agar Naam Qadeem (Purana) Ho Lekin Aqaaid o Usool Naye Hon To Maslak Naya Hi Hoga, Purana Naam Rakh Lene Se Na Hi To Koi Jadeed (Naya) Maslak Qadeem Ho Jayega Aur Na Hi Naya Naam Rakh Lene Se Koi Qadeem (Purana) Maslak Jadeed (Naya) Ban Sakta Hai, Beharhaal Maslak Ke Naamon Ka Un Ke Wujood Ki Tareekh Se Koi Talluq Nahi Hota Hai.
Ab Agar Maslak e Ahlehadees Ki Tareekh Dekhni Ho Aur Yeh Maloom Karna Ho Ki Yeh Maslak Kab Se Hai To Is Maslak Ke Aqaaid o Usool Dekhen Un Ka Manhaj Aur Tarz e Istedlaal Dekhen, Un Ke Deeni Aamaal Ki Kaifiyat Dekhen, Un Ki Namaz Dekhen, Un Ka Roza Aur Hajj Dekhen Un Ka Har Deeni Amal Dekhen.
Us Ke Baad Phir Pata Lagayen Ke Ahd e Nabuwwat (Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Ahed) Mein Un Ke Aqaaid Aur Usool Ka Wujood Tha Ya Nahi? Ahd e Nabuwat (Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Ahed) Mein Un Ke Manhaj Aur Tarz e Istedlaal Ka Wujood Tha Ya Nahi, Un Ke Deeni Aamaal, Ahd e Nabvi (Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Ahed) Ke Aamaal Se Muwafiqat Rakhte Hain Ya Nahi, Agar Haan Aur Be-Shak Haan To Yeh Maslak Qadeem (Purana) Hai, Is Ka Wujood Ahd e Nabvi (Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Ahed) Se Hai. Wal-Hamdulillah.
Isi Kasuti Par Har Maslak ki Tareekh Maloom Ki Jaani Chahiye, Deegar (Yani Doosre) Jitne Bhi Masalik Hain Chahe Un Ke Naam Naye Hon Ya Purane, Un Ke Aqaaid o Manhaj Aur Usool Dekhenge To Ahd e Nabvi (Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Ahed) Mein Un Ka Suboot Bilkul Nahi Milega, Balki Yeh Khoobi Sirf Aur Sirf Maslak e Ahlehadees Ki Hai Ke Us Ke Har Aqeede Aur Usool ka Ahd e Nabvi (Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Ahed) Mein Wazeh Taur Par Suboot Milta Hai.
Al-Gharz (Mukhtasar, Khulasa) Yeh Ke Maslak e Ahlehadees Koi Naya Maslak Nahi Hai, Dunya Ka Koi Bhi Shakhs Usay Naya Saabit Nahi Kar Sakta Ziyadah Se Ziyadah Is Baat Par Hujjat (Bahes) Kar Sakta Hai Ke Yeh Naam Kab Se Chal Raha Hai.
Lekin Jaisa Ke Arz Kiya Gaya Ke Agar Yeh Farz Bhi Kar Len (Yani Agar Yeh Maan Bhi Len) Ke Yeh Naam Asar e Hazir (Maujooda Zamane) Mein Ikhtiyar Kiya Gaya Hai (Halaanki Is Naam Ke Puraane Hone Par Be-Shumar Shawahid Maujood Hain) To Bhi Is Maslak Ko Naya Maslak Bawar Nahi Karaya Ja Sakta (Yani Sabit Nahi Kar Sakte Ki Yeh Maslak Naya Hai), Yeh Bawar Karane Ke Liye Zaroori Hoga Ki Ahlehadees Ke Manhaj Aur Sahaba Ke Manhaj Mein Ikhtilaaf Saabit Kar Diya Jaye, Aur Yeh Namumkin Hai.
Lehaza Maslak e Ahlehadees Ka Wujood Tab Se Hai Jab Se Is Duniya Mein Hadees (Farmaan e ilaahi Aur Farman e Rasool Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam) Ka Wujood Hai Kiunki Yahi Ahlehadees Ka Aqeedah Aur Usool Hai. Wal-Hamdulillah!
