Jab Aap Ke Baad Deen Me Koi Naya Tareeqa Iyjaad Karna, Nayi Baat Paidah Karna Aur Kisi Tarah Ki Nayi Fikr Gadhna Gumrahi Hai To Fir Hidayat Yafta Khulafaa e Raashideen Aur Tamam Sahaba Is Mu'aamle Me Kitna Ihtiyaat Karte Honge? Un Ke Mutalliq Jo Kuch Ikhtilaafat Dekhne Ko Milte Hain Woh Dalail Ko Samajhne Me Ikhtilaaf Aur Ijtihaad Ka Natijah Hain. Aaiye Ek Mashhoor Hadees Ka Sahih Ma'na Aur Mafhoom Jaante Hain Jis Ko Samjhne Me Bahut Se Logon Ne Ya To Ghalati Ki Hai Ya Jaan Boojh Kar Logon Me Galatfehmi Paidah Ki Jaa Rahi Hai.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، ثَنَا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو السُّلَمِيِّ، عَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ، قَالَ: صَلَّى لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ، ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا فَوَعَظَنَا مَوْعِظَةً وَجِلَتْ مِنْهَا الْقُلُوبُ وَذَرَفَتْ مِنْهَا الْعُيُونُ، فَقُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ كَأَنَّهَا مَوْعِظَةُ مُوَدِّعٍ فَأَوْصِنَا، قَالَ: أُوصِيكُمْ بِتَقْوَى اللهِ، وَالسَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ وَإِنْ أُمِّرَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَبْدٌ حَبَشِيٌّ، فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يَعِشْ مِنْكُمْ فَسَيَرَى اخْتِلَافًا كَثِيرًا، فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِسُنَّتِي، وَسُنَّةِ الْخُلَفَاءِ الرَّاشِدِينَ الْمَهْدِيِّينَ عَضُّوا عَلَيْهَا بِالنَّوَاجِذِ، وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَمُحْدَثَاتِ الْأُمُورِ، فَإِنَّ كُلَّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلَالَةٌ
Tarjumah: Irbaaz Bin Sariyah Se Rivayat Hai, Unhone Bayan Kiya Ke Ek Din Nabi ﷺ Ne Hamein Namaaz Padhaayi Fir Hamari Taraf Mutawajjeh Huwe Aur Ek Bahut Muassir (Asar Karne Waala) Khutbah Diya Jis Se Aankhein Bheeg Gayi Aur Dil Kanp Uthe. Hum Me Se Kuch Logon Ne Kaha Ke Aye Allaah Ke Rasool: Yah To Aakhiri Khutba Maloom Hota Hai To Hamein Kuch Wasiyyat Kijiye. Aap (ﷺ) Ne Farmaya: Main Tumhein Allaah Se Darte Rehne Aur Apne Sahib e Amr (Hakim) Ki Baat Manne Aur Uski Ita'at Karte Rehne Ki Wasiyyat Karta Hun, Agarcha Tumhara Sahib e Amr Koi Habshi Ghulaam Hi Kiun Na Ho. Tum Me Se Jo Log Mere Baad Zindah Rahenge Woh Ab Aur Tab Me Bada Farq Mehsoos Karenge, To Tum Meri Sunnat Aur Hidayat Yaafta Khulfaa e Rashideen Ki Sunnat Ki Pairwi Karna, Usko Mazbooti Se Thamna Aur Daant Se Pakadna, Aur Deen Me Jo Nayi Baatein Ghusaayi Jaayen Un Se Khabardaar Rehna Kiunki Har Aisi Baat Bid'at Hai Aur Har Bid'at Gumraahi Hai.

Hadees ka Hukm: Jab Hadees Bukhari Aur Muslim Ke Alawah Kisi Aur Kitaab Me Ho To Uska Hukm Jaanna Zaroori Hota Hai Kiunki Saheehain (Bukhari Aur Muslim) Ke Alawah Tamam Hadees Ki Kitaabon Me Sahih Ke Saath Za'eef Ahaadees Bhi Hain. Irbaaz Bin Saariya Ki Is Hadees Ki Sanad Me Koi Illat Nahi Hai, Is Liye Yah Hadees Sahih Hai. Is Hadees Ko Shaikh Albaani Ne Sahih Tirmizi, Sahih Abi Dawood, Sahih Ibn e Majah, As Silsila As Saheeha Wagairah Me, Shaikh ul Islaam Ne Majmoo' Al Fatawah Me, Ibn ul Malaqqin Ne Al Badr ul Muneer Me, Ibn e Hibban Ne Apni Sahih Me, Haafiz Ibn e Hajar Ne Mawafaqat ul Khabar Me, Ibn e Abdul Bar Ne Jame Bayan ul Ilm Me, Shuaib Arnout Ne Abu Dawood, Musnad Ahmad, Sahih Ibn e Hibban Aur Riyaz us Saaleheen Wagairah Ki Takhreej Me Sahih Qaraar Diya Hai. Kuch Muhaddiseen Ne Isey Hasan Bhi Kaha Hai, Bahar Haal Yah Hadees Qaabil e Hujjat Hai.
Hadees Ki Sharah:
Is Me 3 Alfaaz Ki Wazahat Ki Zaroorat Hai, Pehle Unki Wazahat Kar Deta Hun Taaki Hadees Ka Sahih Mafhoom Saamne Aa Sake.
➊ Sunnat: Sunnat Ka Lughvi Ma'na: Raasta, Ya Tareeqa Hai.
Muhaddiseen Ke Nazdeek Sunnat Aur Hadees Taqreeban Mutaraadif Hain. Sunnat Allaah Ke Rasool ﷺ Ke Aqwaal, Af'aal, Taqreeraat Aur Paidaaishi Aur Iktisaabi Awsaaf Ka Naam Hai. Jab Ke In Charon Cheezon Ki Aap ﷺ Ki Taraf Nisbat Hadees Kehlaati Hai. Goya Sunnat Sirf Muhammad ﷺ Ke Tariqa e Hayaat Ka Naam Hai.
➋ Bid'at: Lughvi Taur Par Bid'at Ka Matlab Hai: Kisi Cheez Ka Aise Tareeqe Se Iyjaad Karna Jis Ki Pehle Koi Misaal Na Ho. Jab Ke Istilaah Me Bid'at Kehte Hain: Shari'at Me Koi Nayi Chiz Gadh Lena Jis Ki Qura'an Aur Sunnat Me Koi Daleel Na Ho.
Sunnat Ka Hukm Isi Hadees Me Hai "علیکم بسنتی" Yani Nabi ﷺ Ki Sunnat Ko Har Haal Me Laazim Pakadna Hai, Chaahe Ikhtilaaf Ka Zamana Ho Ya Aman Aur Sukoon Ka.
Bid'at Ka Hukm Bhi Isi Hadees Se Mil Jaata Hai:
وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَمُحْدَثَاتِ الْأُمُورِ، فَإِنَّ كُلَّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلَالَةٌ
Yani Deen Me Nayi Baat Iyjaad Karna Bid'at Hai Aur Har Bid'at Gumrahi Hai Aur Har Gumraahi Jahnnam Me Le Jaane Waali Hai.
➌ Khilafat: Is Hadees Me Khulfaa e Raashideen Se Muraad Abu Bakr, Umar, Usmaan Aur Ali Radhiallahu Anhum Hain Jin Ka Zamana e Khilaafat 30 Saalon Ka Tha, Jaisa Ke Sahih Hadees Me Maujood Hai. Nabi ﷺ Ka Farmaan Hai:
خلافةُ النبوةِ ثلاثونَ سنةً، ثم يؤتي اللهُ الملكَ، أو ملكَه، من يشاءُ
Tarjumah: Nabuwwat Waali Khilafat 30 Saal Rahegi Fir Jise Allaah Chaahega (Apni) Hukoomat Dega.
Is Hadees Ko Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah Ne Sahih Abu Dawood (4646) Me Hasan Qaraar Diya Hai.
Hadees Ke Raavi Safeena Abu Abdur Rahman Maula e Rasoolullaah ﷺ 30 Saal Ki Khilafat Is Tarah Bayan Karte Hain:
Abu Bakr Radhiallahu Anhu Ke 2 Saal
Umar Farooq Radhiallahu Anhu Ke 10 Saal
Usmaan Radhiallahu Anhu Ke 12 Saal
Ali Radhiallahu Anhu Ke 6 Saal
Hadees Ka Mafhoom:
Allaah Ka Taqwah Ikhtiyar Karne Ke Saath Is Hadees Me Ikhtilaaf o Intishaar Aur Gumrahi Se Bachne Ka Ilaaj Bataya Gaya Hai. Aur Woh Yah Hai Ki Har Haal Me Haakim Ki Ita'at Ki Jaaye Aur Rasool ﷺ Ki Sunnat Ko Mazbooti Se Thaama Jaaye, Isi Tarah Allaah Ki Zameen Par Uske Deen Ko Qaaim Karne Waale Khulfaa e Rashideen Yani Chaaron Khaleefa Abu Bakr, Umar, Usmaan, Ali Radhiallahu Anhum Ki Sunnat Ko Thaama Jaaye Kiunki Yah Log Sunnat e Rasool ﷺ Par Hi Chalne Waale The. Aur Deen Me Nayi Baaton Ki Iyjaad Se Bachen Kiunki Har Nayi Cheez Bid'at Yani Gumraahi Hai Aur Har Gumraahi Ka Thikana Jahnnam Hai.
Sunnat e Rasool Aur Sunnat e Khulafaa:
Yahan Yah Sawal Paidah Hota Hai Ke Kya Rasool ﷺ Ki Alag Sunnat Aur Khulfaa e Arb'aa Ki Alag Sunnat Hai? To Iska Jawab Yah Hai Ke Dono Ek Hi Sunnat Ka Naam Hai. Jo Sunnat Nabi ﷺ Ki Hai Wahi Sunnat Khulafaa Ki Bhi Hai, Unhon ne Deen Me Apni Taraf Se Koi Sunnat Iyjaad Nahi Ki. Jo Kuch Umoor Khulafaa Ki Taraf Se Naye Qism Ke Milte Hain Woh Unke Ijtihaadat Hain. Khulafaa e Arb'aa Ka Bahut Ooncha Maqaam Hai, Allaah Ne In Chaaron Ko Ashra e Mubashsharah Me Jagah Di Hai. Magar Fir Bhi Insaan Hain, Insaan Hone Ki Wajah Se Un Se Ya Kisi Bhi Sahabi Se Ghalati Ka Imkaan Hai. Lekin In Ghalatiyon Ki Wajah Se Unke Maqaam Aur Rutbe Par Koi Farq Nahi Padega. Jaisa Ke Nabi ﷺ Ne Usmaan Radhiallahu Anhu Ke Mutalliq Farmaya:
ما ضرَّ عثمانَ ما عَمِلَ بعدَ اليومِ مرَّتينِ
Tarjumah: Aaj Ke Baad Jo Bhi Usmaan Kare Un Ko Koi Nuqsaan Nahi Hoga. Aap ne yeh Do Martaba Farmaya.
Ise Shaikh Albani Ne Sahih Tirmizi (3701) Me Hasan Kaha Hai.
Khulafaa Ki Sunnat Laazim Pakadne Se Mutalliq Muhaddiseen Aur Ahl e Ilm Ki Raaye:
⓵ Allaama Nasiruddin Albani Rahimahullah Ne Kaha:
Khulafaa Ki Usi Sunnat Ki Ittibaq' Ki Jaaegi Jo Nabi ﷺ Se Saabit Hai.
(Silsilat ul Ahadees Az Za'eefa: 1/51-53)
⓶ Allama San'aani Rahimahullah Ne Kaha:
Khulafaa e Raashideen Ki Sunnat Se Muraad Wahi Tariqah Hai Jo Nabi ﷺ Ke Tareeqe Se Muwafaqat (Match) Rakhta Ho. Dushmanon Se Jihaad Karne Aur Sha'aair e Islaam Ko Taqwiyat Pahunchaane Ke Liye Yah Hadees Har Khaleefa e Rashid Ke Liye Aam Hai. Ise Shaikhain (Abu Bakr Aur Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma) Ke Saath Khaas Nahi Kiya Jaaega. Aur Qawaaid e Shari'ah Se Yah Baat Maloom Hai Ke Koi Bhi Aisa Khaleefa e Raashid Nahi Hai Jo Nabi ﷺ Ke Tareeqe Se Hat Kar Shari'at Jaari Kare.

⓷ Ibn e Hazm Rahimahullah Ne "Al Ahkaam Fi Usool Al Ahkaam" Me Likha Hai Ke Is Hadees Me 3 Baaton Ka Ehtimaal Hai:
ⓐ Khulafaa Jin Baaton Me Ikhtilaaf Karen Sari Baatein Sunnat Samajh Ke Kar Li Jaayen. Aur Yah Mushkil Hai Kiunki Kuch Muwafiq Baatein Hain To Kuch Un Ke Bar'aks (Opposite).
ⓑ Ya Yah Ke Un Mukhalif Baaton Me Jise Chahe Ikhtiyaar Karen To Yah Unki Sunnat Ki Ittib'a Ke Khilaaf Hai.
ⓒ Ab Ek Hi Rasata Bacha Woh Yah Ke Jin Me Sahaba Ka Ijmaa' Hai Unhein Le Liya Jaaye Aur Khulafaa ka Ijmaa' Sahaba Ke Ijma'a Se Alag Chiz Nahi Hai.
⓸ Imaan Shaukaani Rahimahullah Ne "Al Fath ur Rabbani" Me Kaha:
Sunnat Hi Tareeqah Hai. Kaha Gaya Ke Mera Tareeqah Aur Khulfaa e Rashideen Ka Tareeqah Laazim Pakdo. Un Khulfa Ka Tareeqah Wahi Tha Jo Nabi ﷺ Ka Hai. Woh Log Tareeqa e Nabvi Ke Be-Had Harees (Laalchi) The Aur Har Cheez Me Sunnat Par Amal Karte, Chote Chote Mu'amlaat Me Bhi Sunnat Ki Mukhalifat Se Har Haal Me Bachte To Bade Mu'amlaat Ka Kya Haal Hoga? Aur Jab Un Ko Kitabullaah Aur Sunnat e Rasool Se Daleel Nahi Milti To Tehqeeq, Mashwarah Aur Tadabbur Ke Baad Jo Raaye Zaahir Hoti Us Par Amal Karte. To Sunnat Ke Na Hone Par Yah Raaye Bhi Hujjat Hai Jaisa Ke Mu'aaz Bin Jabal Radhiallahu Anhu Ki Hadees Se Waazeh Hai. {Mu'aaz Bin Jabal Wali Yah Hadees Za'eef Hone Ki Wajah Se Qaabil e Istidlaal Nahi Hai}
In Chand Aqwaal Se Yah Baat Saamne Aati Hai Ke Khulafaa Ka Tareeqah Wahi Hai Jo Nabi ﷺ Ka Tareeqah Hai, Albatta Khulafaa e Raashideen Ki Woh Baatein Jin Ki Sunnat Se Daleel Nahi Ya Jo Qur'aan Aur Hadees Ke Doosre Dalail Se Takraati Ho Use Chod Diya Jaayega Lekin Jin Par Sahaba e Kiraam Ka Ijmaa' Hai Woh Hamare Liye Daleel Aur Hujjat Hai, Isi Tarah Sahaba Ke Woh Aqwaal Bhi Hamare Liye Hujjat Hain Jo Shari'at Ke Dalail Se Takraati Na Ho.
Khulafaa Ki Sunnat Nabi ﷺ Hi Ki Sunnat Hai?
Sahaba e Kiraam Ya Khulafaa e Rashideen Ka Tareeqah Wahi Hai Jo Nabi ﷺ Ka Hai, Sahaba Zindagi Ke Tamam Mu'aamlaat Ka Hal Kitaab Aur Sunnat Me Talash Karte Kisi Khaleefa e Raashid Ne Alag Se Koi Tareeqah Iyjaad Nahi Kiya Hai Balke Woh To Ham Se Kai Gunaah Ziyadah Kitaab Aur Sunnat Par Amal Karne Ke Harees The. Is Hadees Me Maujood "سنتي" Aur "سنة الخلفاء" Ke Alfaaz Se Kuch Logon Ko Yah Dhoka Ho Gaya Ya Kuch Log Jaan Boojh Kar Dhoka Kha Rahe Hain Ke Dono Alag Alag Sunnatein Hain, Balke "سنة الخلفاء" Se Taqleed Ki Daleel Li Jaati Hai Jab Ke Yah Matlab Bilkul Ghalat Hai.
Is Hadees Ko Qura'an Ki Ek Aayat Se Samjhen, Allaah Ka Farmaan Hai:
أَمْ كُنْتُمْ شُهَدَاءَ إِذْ حَضَرَ يَعْقُوبَ الْمَوْتُ إِذْ قَالَ لِبَنِيهِ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِنْ بَعْدِي قَالُوا نَعْبُدُ إِلَهَكَ وَإِلَهَ آبَائِكَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ إِلَهًا وَاحِدًا وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُسْلِمُونَ
Tarjumah: Kya Tum Us Waqt Haazir The Jab Yaqoob Alaihissalam Ki Maut Ka Waqt Qareeb Aaya. Jab Us Ne Apne Beton Se Kaha Ke Tum Mere Baad Kis Ki Ibaadat Karoge To Unhone Kaha Ke Ham Aap Ke Ilaah, Aur Aap Ke Aabaa Ibraahim, Ismaail Aur Ishaaq Ke Ilaah Ki Ibadat Karenge Jo Ke Ek Hi Ilaah Hai Aur Ham Uske Liye Farmanbardaar Hone Waale Hai.
(Surah Al Baqarah: 133)
Yaqoob Alaihissalam Ke Beton Ne Baap Ko Jawab Diya Ke Ham Aap Ke Ma'bood Aur Aap ke Aaba Ibraahim, Ismaail Aur Ishaaq Ke Ma'bood Ki Ibaadat Karenge To Kya Yaqub Alaihissalam, Ibrahim Alaihissalam, Ismaail Alaihissalam Aur Ishaaq Alaihissalam Ke Ma'bood Alag Alag The?Nahi Hargiz Nahi Un Sab Ka Ma'bood Ek Tha. Thik Usi Tarah Se Khulafa Ki Wahi Sunnat Hai Jo Nabi ﷺ Ne Paish Ki Hai.
Bilkul Yahi Baat Surah Al Fatiha Me Kahi Gayi Hai:
اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ، صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ
Pehle "Siraat e Mustaqeem" (Seedha Raasta) Kaha Gaya Fir Usi "صِرَاط" Ko "أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ" Se Joda Gaya Yaani Woh Log Jin Par Allaah Ki Ne'mat Naazil Hui.
Ek Dusri Jagah Allaah Ka Farmaan Hai:
وَمَن يُشَاقِقِ الرَّسُولَ مِن بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ الْهُدَىٰ وَيَتَّبِعْ غَيْرَ سَبِيلِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ نُوَلِّهِ مَا تَوَلَّىٰ وَنُصْلِهِ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ وَسَاءَتْ مَصِيرًا
Tarjumah: Aur Jo Rasool Ki Mukhalifat Kare Baad Iske Ke Hidayat Us Par Waazeh Ho Chuki Aur Momino Ki Raah Chod Kar Kisi Aur Raah Par Chale To Ham Use Wahien Phair Dete Hain Jahan Woh Khud Phirta Hai Aur Fir Use Jahnnam Me Pahunchaayenge Aur Woh Kya Hi Bura Thikana Hai.
(Surah An Nisa'a: 115)
Isi Aayat Me Rasool Ke Tareeqe Ko Momino Ka Tareeqah Kaha Gaya Hai, Iska Matlab Yah Huwa Ke Khulafaa e Rashideen Ka Tareeqah Rasool Ka Hi Tareeqah Hai Kiunki Tamam Mo'mino Ko Allah Ki Wahi Ki Pairwi Ka Hukm Diya Gaya Hai.
Is Baat Ko Hadees e Irbaaz Bin Saariya Se Bhi Aasani Se Samajh Sakte Hain Jis Me Yeh Baat Hai Ke Deen Me Nayi Baat Paidah Karna Bid'at Hai Aur Har Bid'at Gumraahi Hai. Bhala Khulafaa e Rashideen Apni Taraf Se Deen Me Nayi Baat Kaise Ghadenge Jab Ke Unhein Maaloom Hai Ke Mo'mino Ko Allah Ki Wahi Ki Pairwi Ka Hukm Diya Gaya Hai Aur Rasoolullaah ﷺ Ne Pairvi Ke Liye Kitabullaah Aur Sunnat e Rasool Choda Tha. Farmaan e Ilaahi Hai:
اتَّبِعُوا مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۗ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ
Tarjumah: Tum Log Uski Ittibaa' Karo Jo Tumhare Rab Ki Taraf Se Aayi Hai Aur Allaah Ko Chod Kar Manghadat Sarparaston Ki Ittibaa' Mat Karo, Tum Log Bahut Hi Kam Nasihat Pakadte Ho.
(Surah Al A'raaf: 3)
Farmaan e Nabavi Hai:
ترَكْتُ فيكم أَمرينِ ، لَن تضلُّوا ما تمسَّكتُمْ بِهِما : كتابَ اللَّهِ وسنَّةَ رسولِهِ
Tarjumah: Main Tumhare Darmiyan 2 Cheezein Chhode Jaa Raha Hun. Tum Hargiz Gumraah Nahi Ho Sakte Jab Tak Un Dono Ko Thame Rahoge, Woh Hai Allaah Ki Kitaab Aur Uske Rasool Ki Sunnat.

Khulafaa e Rashideen Hidayat Yaafta The, Woh Deen Ke Mu'aamle Me Nabi ﷺ Ki Pairvi Karte The Aur Apne Man Se Bilkul Bhi Nahi Bolte The. Kya Aap Ko Nahi Maloom Ke Khilaafat Ke Shuru Me Kuch Logon Ne Zakat Dene Se Inkaar Kiya To Abu Baqar Radhiallahu Anhu Ne Farmaya:
واللَّهِ لَأُقَاتِلَنَّ مَن فَرَّقَ بيْنَ الصَّلَاةِ والزَّكَاةِ، فإنَّ الزَّكَاةَ حَقُّ المَالِ، واللَّهِ لو مَنَعُونِي عِقَالًا كَانُوا يُؤَدُّونَهُ إلى رَسولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ لَقَاتَلْتُهُمْ علَى مَنْعِهِ
Tarjumah: Allah Ki Qasam! Main To Us Shakhs Se Jang Karunga Jis Ne Namaz Aur Zakat Me Farq Kiya Hai, Kiunki Zakat Maal Ka Haq Hai. Allah Ki Qasam! Agar Woh Mujhe Ek Rassi Bhi Dene Se Rukenge Jo Woh Nabi ﷺ Ko Dete The To Main Un Se Unke Inkaar Par Bhi Jang Karunga.

Irtidaad Ke Waqt Agar Apni Sunnat Jaari Karte To Umar Radhiallahu Anhu Ki Tarah Narmi Ikhtiyaar Karte Magar Unhon Ne Nabi ﷺ Ki Sunnat Jaari Ki. Isi Tarah Umar Radhiallahu Anhu Ka Woh Qaul Sone (Gold) Se Likhe Jaane Ke Qaabil Hai Jis Me Unhon Ne Hajra e Aswad Ko Bosa Dete Waqt Farmaya Tha:
أَمَ وَاللهِ، لَقَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّكَ حَجَرٌ، وَلَوْلَا أَنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَبِّلُكَ مَا قَبَّلْتُكَ
Tarjumah: Han, Allaah Ki Qasam! Main Achchi Tarah Jaanta Hun Ke Tu Ek Paththar Hai Agar Maine Nabi ﷺ Ko Na Dekha Hota Ke Woh Tumhein Bosa Dete The To Main Tumhein (Kabhi) Bosa Na Deta.

Khulafaa e Rashideen Aur Sunnat e Rasool Ke Darmiyaan Ikhtilaf Ka Hukm:
Is Me Koi Shak Nahi Ke Khulafaa e Rashideen Ke Kuch Ijtihaadat Sunnat e Rasool Ke Mukhalif Nazar Aate Hain, Iski Wajah Yah Hai Ke Ham Unhein Mujtahid Maante Hain. Hamare Liye Shaare' Sirf Muhammad ﷺ Hain. Goya Masoom Muhammad ﷺ Hain Aur Khulafaa Mujtahid Hain, Jo Masoom Nahi Hain, Unse Khata Ka Imkaan Hota Hai. Isi Imkaan Ke Sabab Kuch Mu'aamlaat Me Ikhtilaaf Nazar Aata Hai. Deen Ke Mu'aamle Me Jahan Ikhtilaaf Nazar Aaye Wahan Ikhtilaaf Ko Allaah Aur Uske Rasool ﷺ Ke Farmaan Ki Taraf Lautana Chaahiye. Allaah Ne Hame Aisa Hi Karne Ka Hukm Diya Hai. Farmaan e Baari Ta'ala Hai:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ ۖ فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا
Tarjumah: Aye Imaan Waalo! Ita'at Karo Allaah Ki Aur Ita'at Karo Rasool (ﷺ) Ki Aur Tum Me Se Ikhtiyaar Waalon Ki. Fir Agar Kisi Chiz Me Ikhtilaaf Karo To Use Lautaao Allaah Ki Taraf Aur Rasool Ki Taraf Agar Tumhein Allaah Par Aur Qayamat Ke Din Par Imaan Hai, Yah Bahut Behtar Hai Aur Anjaam Ke Atibaar Se Bahut Achcha Hai.
(Surah An Nisa: 59)
Is Aayat Me Allaah Ne Saaf Saaf Farma Diya Ke Allaah Aur Uske Rasool Ki Pairvi Karo, Kitaab Aur Sunnat Ko Naafiz Karne Waale Hukkaam Ki Bhi Pairwi Karne Ka Hukm Diya Hai Aur Yeh Kaha Hai Ke Ikhtilaaf Ke Waqt Haakim Aur Khaleefa Ki Baat Chhod Di Jaayegi, Allaah Aur Uske Rasool Ki Pairvi Ki Jaayegi.
Ijtihaadi Aqwaal Ki Shar'ee Haisiyat:
Upar Zikr Kiya Gaya Ke Hadees Kehte Hain: Har Woh Qaul, Fe'l, Taqreer Ya Sifat Jo Nabi ﷺ Ki Taraf Mansoob Ho. Agar Nisbat Sahih Hui To Hadees Sahih Hoti Hai Warna Za'eef Hoti Hai.
Is Ta'reef (Definition) Me Taqreer Ka Lafz Aaya Hai, Is Se Muraad Sahaba Ka Qaul Ya Fe'l Jis Ka Ilm Nabi ﷺ Ko Huwa Ho Aur Aap Ne Us Qaul Ya Fe'0l Par Naraazgi Ka Izhaar Nahi Kiya Balke Khamoshi Ikhriyaar Ki. Goya Aisa Koi Amal Sahabi Ya Qaul e Sahabi Jis Par Rasoolullah ﷺ Ne Khamoshi Ikhtiyaar Ki Ho Woh Hadees Hi Kehlaati Hai. Agar Us Taqreeri Hadees Ki Sanad Sahih Ho To Woh Deen Me Hujjat Hai.
Doosri Baat Yah Hai Ke Allaah Ne Sirf Apni Aur Rasool Ki Ita'at Ka Hukm Diya Hai, Un Dono Ke Alawah Deen Me Kisi Ki Baat Qaabil e Hujjat Nahi Hai, Albatta Sirf Woh Ijtihaadi Masaail Jin Me Shari'at Khaamosh Ho Aur Sahabi Ka Qaul Ya Fe'l Sahih Sanad Se Sabit Ho Raha Ho To Use Ikhtiyaar Kiya Jaayega, Is Shart Ke Saath Ke Yah Shari'at Ki Kisi Daleel Se Na Takraata Ho, Unka Ijtihaad Baad Waalo Ke Ijtihaad Se Behtar Hai. Balke Sahaba Ke Woh Aqwaal Jin Me Ijtihaad Ka Dakhal Na Ho To Woh Marfoo' Hadees Ka Hukm Rakhte Hain.
Ijtihaad Ka Daayera To Kushaadah Hai, Uska Darwaza Qayamat Tak Khula Huwa Hai, Jadeed Masaail Paidah Hote Rahenge Aur Ulama e Ummat Un Me Ijtihaad Karte Rahenge. Jin Ka Ijtihaad Dalaail Se Qawi Hoga Ikhtiyaar Karne Me Koi Taraddud Nahi Hai. Chaaron Imam Ke Ijtihaad Ka Bhi Yahi Hukm Hai. Unke Jo Ijtihaad Kitaab Aur Sunnat Ke Khilaaf Hain Unhein Radd Kar Den. Dar Asal Un Masail Me Imamon Ka Bhi Yahi Mauqif Hai. Aur Jo Masaail Kitaab Aur Sunnat Se Nahi Takraate Un Me Jis Imaam Ka Fatwah Dalaail Se Qawi Maloom Ho Ikhtiyaar Kar Liya Jaaye. Aisa Nahi Hai Ke Ham Sirf Ek Imaam Ke Hi Ijtihaad Lenge, Nahi. Yahan Yah Baat Bhi Waazeh Rahe Ke Taqleed Jaaiz Nahi Hai, Saare Imam Hamare Apne Hain, Un Sab Ko Allaah Ne Deen Me Baseerat Aur Samajh Ata Farmaayi, Ilm Ke Istifaadah Me Kisi Ek Ko Khaas Karna Doosre Imamon Ki Samajh, Baseerat, Hikmat Aur Danaayi Se Munh Modna Hai. Albatta Imamon Ka Ahtiraam Karenge, Unke Ijtihaadat Se Faidah Uthaayenge Balke Unke Alawah Qayamat Tak Jo Faqeeh Aur Mujtahid Paidah Hote Rahenge Tamam Se Faidah Uthaayenge. Allaah Jise Chaahta Hai Deen Ki Samajh Ata Farmaata Hai.
