➊ Ahl e Ilm Ke Yahan Nazar Ke Maqaam Ke Tayyun Me Ikhtilaaf Paaya Jata Hai. Lekin Rajeh Qaul Aur Jimhoor Ahl e Ilm Ke Mutabiq Halat e Qiyaam Aur Rukoo’ Me Sajde Ki Jagah Nazar Rakhna Mustahab Hai. Ibn e Seereen Se Marvi Hai Ke Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Pehle Namaz Me Aasmaan Ki Taraf Dekh Liya Karte The, Jab Yah Aayat e Mubaraka

الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ

عن انس أن النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: يا انس اجعل بصرك حيث تسجد

“Anas Radhiallahu Anhu Se Rivayat Hai Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Farmaya: Aye Anas! Apni Nigaah Sajdae Ki Jagah Par Rakho.”

Agarcha Yah Hadees Zaeef Hai Magar Allaama Albani Rahimahullah Farmate Hain Ke Is Baab Me Bahut Saari Ahaadees Hain Jo Sajdah Ki Jagah Dekhne Par Dalalat Karti Hain.

Sahab e Tohfat ul Ahwazi Likhte Hain:

Tashahhud Me Apni Nazar Shahaadat Ki Ungli Aur Uske Ishare Ki Taraf Rakhni Chaahiye.

➌ Sajdah Ki Halat Me Namaazi Apni Aankho Ke Muqaabil Zameen Par Dekhe.


➍ Namaazi Salaam Phairte Huwe Right Aur Left Achchi Tarah Mudega, Isi Tarah Jo Namaaz Me Uske Left Aur Right Side Maujood Hai Uski Taraf Bhi Mood Sakta Hai, Ayse Hi Namaazi Ke Liye Yah Bhi Jaaiz Hai Ke Woh Apne Saathi Ki Taraf Dekhe Ya Kandhe Ki Taraf Dekhe, Is Baare Me Wus’at Hai.

Namaz e Isha mein total kitni rak’aat hain?

Assalamu aalaikum Isha ke kithni rakat hai


Jawaab:

Walaikum Assalam Wa Rehmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

Faraaiz:

Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne Sayyiduna Sa’d Radhiallahu Anhu se Ahl-e-Kufah ki shikaayat ke baare mein poocha ke Ahl-e-Kufah kehte hain ki aap Namaz achchi tarah nahi padhaate to Sa’d Radhiallahu Anhu ne jawaab diya:

أَمَّا أَنَا وَاللَّهِ فَإِنِّي كُنْتُ أُصَلِّي بِهِمْ صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا أَخْرِمُ عَنْهَا أُصَلِّي صَلَاةَ الْعِشَاءِ فَأَرْكُدُ فِي الْأُولَيَيْنِ وَأُخِفُّ فِي الْأُخْرَيَيْنِ، قَالَ: ذَاكَ الظَّنُّ بِكَ يَا أَبَا إِسْحَاقَ

“Allah ki qasam! Main to unhein Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ hi ki tarah Namaz padhaata tha, us mein kotaahi nahi karta, ’Isha ki Namaz padhaata to us ki do pehli rak’aat mein (Qira’at) lambi karta aur doosri do rak’atein halki padhaata. Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaaya ke aye Abu Ishaaq! Mujh ko tum se ummeed bhi yahi thi.

(Sahih Bukhari: 755)


Nawafil:

’Isha ki farz Namaz ke baad Nabi ﷺ se 2 aur 4 nawafil padhne ka suboot milta hai. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma kehte hain:

صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ……..وَسَجْدَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعِشَاءِ

“Main ne Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ke saath……..

’Isha ke baad do rak’at sunnat padhi hai.”

(Sahih Bukhari: 1172)


Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma farmaate hain ki main ne apni khaala Maimunah Radhiallahu Anha ke ghar mein ek raat guzaari:

فَصَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعِشَاءَ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَصَلَّى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ

“Rasoolullah ﷺ ’Isha ki Namaz ke baad jab un ke ghar tashreef laaye to wahan chaar rak’at Namaz padhi.”

(Sahih Bukhari: 697)


Nabi ﷺ ke aam hukm:

Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya:

بَيْنَ كُلِّ أَذَانَيْنِ صَلَاةٌ، بَيْنَ كُلِّ أَذَانَيْنِ صَلَاةٌ، ثُمَّ قَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ لِمَنْ شَاءَ

“Har do Azaanon (Azaan-o-Takbeer) ke beech mein Namaz hai. Har do Azaanon ke darmiyaan Namaz hai. Phir teesri martaba Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya ke agar koi padhna chaahe.”

(Sahih Bukhari: 627)


Is se saabit hota hai ke har farz Namaz se pehle do rak’at Namaz ki targheeb hai. Lihaaza is mashroo’iyyat ke mutabiq ’Isha ki Namaz se pehle do rak’at nawafil ada kiye jaa sakte hain.


Rahi baat witr ki to us ke mutalliq yahan dekhen.

Imam Ke Peeche Bhi Surah Fatiha Padhna Waajib Hai

‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَأْ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ

Tarjumah: Ubadah bin Saamit Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Rasoolulllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya, jis shakhs ne Surah Fatiha na padhi us ki namaz nahi hue.

(Sahih Bukhari: 756)


Yeh Hadees apne matlab mein waazeh hai ki koi bhi Namaz Surah Fatiha ke baghair durust nahi hogi.


Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne apni Sahih mein is Hadees par is tarah baab qaaim kiya hai:

بَابُ: وُجُوبِ الْقِرَاءَةِ لِلإِمَامِ وَالْمَأْمُومِ فِي الصَّلَوَاتِ كُلِّهَا فِي الْحَضَرِ وَالسَّفَرِ وَمَا يُجْهَرُ فِيهَا وَمَا يُخَافَتُ

Tarjumah: Baab: Imam aur Muqtadi ke liye qirat ka waajib hona, hazar aur safar har haalat mein, sirri aur jehri sab namaazon mein.


Imam ibn e Abul Barr “At-Tamheed: 11/43” mein farmaate hain:

Yeh Hadees aam hai. Is mein Imam ya Muqtadi ya akele Namazi ke liye takhsees nahi hai balki sab ke liye hukm hai.


Al-Kirmani Bukhari ki sharah jild: 5 page: 124 mein hai:

Is Hadees mein daleel hai ki tamaam Namazon mein chaahe Imam ho ya Muqtadi ho ya akele sab par Surah Fatiha padhna farz hai.

Isi tarah Qastalaani sharah ul Bukhari mein bhi hai.

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَنْ صَلَّى صَلَاةً لَمْ يَقْرَأْ فِيهَا بِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ فَهِيَ خِدَاجٌ -ثَلَاثًا - غَيْرُ تَمَامٍ، فَقِيلَ لِأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ : إِنَّا نَكُونُ وَرَاءَ الْإِمَامِ، فَقَالَ: اقْرَأْ بِهَا فِي نَفْسِكَ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: قَسَمْتُ الصَّلَاةَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ عَبْدِي نِصْفَيْنِ وَلِعَبْدِي مَا سَأَلَ، فَإِذَا قَالَ الْعَبْدُ: {الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ}، قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى : حَمِدَنِي عَبْدِي. وَإِذَا قَالَ: {الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ}، قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: أَثْنَى عَلَيَّ عَبْدِي. وَإِذَا قَالَ: {مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ}، قَالَ: مَجَّدَنِي عَبْدِي. وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: فَوَّضَ إِلَيَّ عَبْدِي. فَإِذَا قَالَ {إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ}، قَالَ: هَذَا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ عَبْدِي وَلِعَبْدِي مَا سَأَلَ. فَإِذَا قَالَ: {اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ} {صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ}، قَالَ : هَذَا لِعَبْدِي وَلِعَبْدِي مَا سَأَلَ

Tarjumah: Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu ka bayan hai ke Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaaya: “Jis ne namaz mein Surah Fatiha nahi padhi to us ki namaz poori nahi hue balke us ki namaz naaqis rahi.” Yeh jumla Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne teen baar irshaad farmaaya. Logon ne poocha ke jab hum imam ke peeche hon to kya karen? Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu ne jawaaban kaha: Us waqt tum log aahista Surah Fatiha padh liya karo. Kiunki main ne Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko Allah Azza wa Jal ka yeh qaul farmaate suna hai: “Namaz mere aur mere bande ke darmiyaan aadhi aadhi taqseem ho chuki hai. Aur mera bandah jo sawaal karta hai woh poora kiya jaata hai. Jab koi shakhs «الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ» kehta hai to Allah Azza wa Jal farmaata hai: Mere bande ne meri tareef ki. Aur namazi jab «الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ» kehta hai to Allah Taala farmaata hai ke mere bandah ne meri tauseef ki. Aur namazi jab «مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ» kehta hai to Allah Azza wa Jal farmaata hai mere bande ne meri buzurgi bayan ki aur yun bhi kehta hai ke mere bande ne apne sab kaam mere supurd kar diye hain. Aur namazi jab «إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ» padhta hai to Allah Azza wa Jal farmaata hai yeh mere aur mere bande ka darmiyaani muaamla hai mera bandah jo sawaal karega woh us ko milega. Phir jab namazi apni namaz mein «اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ¤ صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ» padhta hai to Allah Taala jawaab deta hai ke yeh sab mere is bande ke liye hai aur yeh jo kuch talab karega woh use diya jaaye ga.”

(Sahih Muslim: 395)


Hafiz ibn e Abdul Barr “Al-Istezkaar: 6/167,168” mein likhte hain:

Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu se marwi is Hadees se fiqhi masla nikalta hai ki har Namaz mein Surah Fatiha padhna farz hai aur jis Namaz mein surah fatiha nahi padhi gayi woh naaqis o faasid hai. Agarche Surah Fatiha ke alawah kitna hi Quran kiun na padha gaya ho. Aur yahi matlab “Khidaaj” ka hai jaise kehte hain «اخدجت الناقة» yani oontni ne waqt poora hone se pehle kachcha hamal gira diya. Aur un logon ka yeh khayaal ghalat hai jo kehte hain ki na-mukammal Namaz adhoori hone ke baawjood ho jaayegi. Yeh ghalat aur faasid faisla hai kiunki tehqeeq ke mutaabiq kami waali soorat mein Namaz mukammal na hogi aur jo Namaz mukammal nahi woh jaaiz kaise thehri? Aur jo aadmi Namaz ke mukammal karne se pehle us se nikal jaaye to us par haqq hai ki woh dobaarah mukammal Namaz padhe jaise usko hukm diya gaya hai. Jo shakhs iqraar karta hai ki faatiha ke baghair Namaz naaqis hai phir bhi dawa karta hai ki woh Namaz jaaiz hai to is par usko daleel deni chaahiye jis ke baghair koi doosra raasta nahi.


Is Hadees mein alfaaz hain:

مَنْ صَلَّى صَلَاةً، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَمْ يَقْرَأْ فِيهَا بِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَهِيَ خِدَاجٌ

Yani jis ne bhi Namaz padhi aur woh koi si bhi namaz ho sab bina Surah Fatiha padhe naaqis aur adhoori hain. Aur yeh hukm aam hai. Imam, Muqtadi, munfarid (akela) sab ke liye hai. Chaahe koi bhi Namaz ho. Jehri ho ya sirri ho sab mein Surah Fatiha padhna zaroori hai. Bina Surah Fatiha ke Namaz nahi hogi.


Hadees ki riwayat karne waale Sahabi Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu ne khud yahi mafhoom samjha hai. Jab un se Imam ke peeche Surah Fatiha padhne ke mutalliq sawaal huwa to unho ne kaha ki Imam ke peeche bhi Surah Fatiha padhi jaayegi. Jaisa ki upar Hadees is baat par daleel hai.


Ab woh log ghaur karen jo Muqtadi ko Surah Fatiha padhne se rokte hain. Itni waazeh Ahadees ki khilaafwarzi karte huwe unko darna chahiye.


Iske alawah kayi Ahadees aur Asaar is par dalaalat karte hain. Agar sab ko zikr karne lagun to poori ek kitaab tayyaar ho jaayegi.

Kya yeh sahih hai ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki maut ke baad agar koi shakhs Tashah-hud main "Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhan Nabiyyu" (اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ) kehta hai to is se shirk ka darr hai aur hamein is ke bajaye "Assalamu Alan-Nabiyyi" (السَّلَامُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ) kahna chahiye?

Mustaqil Fatwa Committee ke ulama e kiraam se darj zail (following) sawal kiya gaya:

Ibn e Mas'ood Radhiallahu Anhuma bayan karte hain:

Meri hatheli Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki dono hatheliyon ke darmiyaan thi to aapne mujhe Tashah-hud is tarah sikhaayi jis tarah Quran ki koi surah sikhaayi jaati hai:

التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ السَّلامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ

Tarjumah: (Meri saari) qauli, badani aur maali Ibaadat sirf Allah ke liye khaas hai. Aye Nabi Aap par Allah Taala ki rehmat, salamati aur barkatien hon aur hum par aur Allah ke (doosre) nek bandon par (bhi) salaamati ho, main gawaahi deta hun ke Allah ke siwa koi (sachcha) Ma'bood nahi hai aur main gawaahi deta hun ke Mohammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Allah ke bande aur Rasool hain.

Jab Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam faut ho gye to hum yeh kehne lage: "Assalamu Alan-Nabiyyi" (السَّلَامُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ).

Chunanche bahut se log yeh aakhri alfaaz kahte hain, aur doosron ko bhi yahi kehne ka hukm dete hain, kya aisa karna sahih hai?


Mustaqil Committee ke ulama e kiraam ka jawaab tha:

Tashah-hud ka tareeqa jo Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam apni namaz main padha karte they aur apne Sahaba e kiraam ko uska hukm diya tha wo yeh hai jo Sahih Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim mein Abdullah bin Mas'ood Radhiallahu Anhuma ki darz zail Hadees mein maujood hai:

Ibn e Mas'ood Radhiallahu Anhuma bayan karte hain: Meri hatheli Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki dono hatheliyon ke darmiyaan thi to aapne mujhe Tashah-hud is tarah sikhaayi jis tarah Quran ki koi surah sikhaayi jaati hai:

التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ السَّلامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ

Tarjumah: (Meri saari) qauli, badani aur maali Ibaadat sirf Allah ke liye khaas hai. Yeh sabse sahih tareeqa hai, kiunki Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apne Sahaba e kiraam ko yahi sikhaya, aur yeh nahi farmaya ke:

Agar main faut ho jaaon to tum "Assalamu Alan-Nabiyyi" kehna.


Committee ke ulama se yeh bhi sawaal kiya gaya:

Kya Tashah-hud main "Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhan Nabiyyu" (اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ) ke alfaaz kahe jaayen, ya ke "Assalamu Alan-Nabiyyi" (السَّلَامُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ) kiunki Abdullah bin Mas'ood Radhiallahu Anhuma bayan karte hain ki:

Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki wafaat se pehle hum "Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhan Nabiyyu" (اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ) kaha karte they, aur Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki wafaat ke baad "Assalamu Alan-Nabiyyi" (السَّلَامُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ) ke alfaaz?


Committee ka jawab tha:

Sahih yahi hai ki namaz ke Tashah-hud main «اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ » kehna chahiye; kiunki Ahadees se yahi saabit hai.

Lekin jo Abdullah bin Mas'ood Radhiallahu Anhu se marwi hai. Agar yeh un se sahih saabit ho jaye toh phir. Yeh unka apna ijtihad hai, isey sahih sabit-shudah Ahadees se mu'aariz nahi kiya jaayega, aur agar Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki wafaat ke baad iska hukm unki zindagi se mukhtalif hota to Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam isko bayan farma dete.

Shaikh Ibn e Uthaimeen Rahimahullah ne is masle ki bahut hi azeemush-shaan tauzeeh ki hai, aur in alfaaz main gaib ko pukaarne waale ki nida ke shubha ka dawa karne waale ka radd karte huwe kaha hai:

"Assalamu Alaika" (اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ)

Kya ye khabar hai ya dua?

Yani kya aap ye khabar de rahe hain ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam muslim hain, ya ki ye dua kar rahe hain ke Allah Taala un par salamti bheje?


Jawaab: Yeh dua hai, aur aap ye dua kar rahe hain ki Allah Taala un par salamati beheje, chunache ye khabar dua ke ma'ne mein hai.


Sawaal: Phir kya yeh Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko khitaab hai jis tarah aam log ek doosre ko khitaab karte hain?


Jawaab: Nahi kiunki agar aisa hota to is se namaz hi baatil ho jayegi; kiunki namaz mein kisi bhi aadmi aur shakhs se kalaam karna sahih nahi; aur isliye bhi ke agar waqi'atan aisa hota toh phir Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum yeh kalimaat buland aawaaz se kahte taaki Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam sun lete, aur unko salam ka jawab dete, jis tarah un se mulaqaat karte waqt kiya karte they.

Lekin jaisa ki Sheikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah ne apni kitaab “Iqtizaa As-Siraat Al-Mustaqeem” main kaha hai:

Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam par salam bhejte waqt aap ka Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko istehzaar karne ki quwwat is tarah hai goya ki aap unhein mukhatab kar rahe hain.

Isi liye Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum "Assalamu Alaika" (اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ) kaha karte they aur Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam sun bhi nahi rahe they, aur wo "Assalamu Alaika" (اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ) kehte halanki wo kisi ilaaqe aur Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam kisi doosre ilaaqe mein hote they.


Aur hum "Assalamu Alaika" (اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ) kehte hain, halaanki hum aap ke ilaaqe ke alawah doosre ilaaqe aur un ke daur ke alawah kisi aur daur mein hain.

Aur Sahih Bukhari main jo Abdullah bin Mas'ood Radhiallahu Anhuma se yeh waarid hai ke hum Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki wafaat ke baad «السَّلَامُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ» kaha karte they yeh unka ijtihad hai, jis mein unse zada ilm rakhne waale Umar bin Khattab Radhiallahu Anhu ne unki mukhalifat ki hai jaisa ki Mu'atta Imam Malik main hain ke:

Umar bin khattab Radhiallahu Anhu ne logon ko mimbar e Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam par khitaab kiya aur Tashah-hud main ye alfaaz kahe:

«السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ»

Iski sanad asahh ul isnaad hai, aur phir Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum ki maujoodgi main ye alfaaz kahe aur Sahaba Kiraam ne is ka iqrar kiya mukhalafat nahi ki.


Phir Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apni ummat ko bhi yahi sikhaya yahan tak ke jab Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Ibn e Mas'ood Radhiallahu Anhu ko Tashah-hud sikhaayi to unka haath Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke dono haathon ke darmiyaan tha, taaki woh yeh alfaaz yaad rakhen, aur Nabi e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam unhein Tashah-hud is tarah sikhaaya karte the jis tarah Quran e Majeed ki koi surah sikhaayi jaati hai, kiunki Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko ilm tha ki anqareeb unhein maut aayegi, is liye Allah Taala ne aapko farmaya tha:

Yaqeenan tu bhi marne waala hai aur yeh bhi marne waale hain.

(Surah Az-Zumar, Surah No: 39 Ayat No: 30)


Aur Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne yeh nahi farmaya ke tum meri maut ke baad "Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhan Nabiyyu" (اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ) kehna, balki unhein Tashah-hud usi tarah sikhaayi jis tarah Quran e Majeed ki surah ki ta'leem unhin alfaaz ke saath di jaati hai, isi liye Ibn e Ma'sood Radhiallahu Anhu ke ijtihaad ki taraf dhiyan nahi diya jaayega, balki "Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhan Nabiyyu" (اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ) hi kaha jayega.

عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُمْ تَسَحَّرُوا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ثُمَّ قَامُوا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ، قُلْتُ : كَمْ بَيْنَهُمَا ؟ قَالَ : قَدْرُ خَمْسِينَ أَوْ سِتِّينَ، يَعْنِي آيَةً

Tarjumah: Anas Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Zaid bin Sabit Radhiallahu Anhu ne un se bayan kiya ke un logon ne (ek martaba) Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ke saath Sehri khaayi, phir Namaz ke liye khade ho gaye. Main ne daryaaft kiya ke un dono ke darmiyaan kis qadar faasla raha hoga. Farmaaya ke jitna 50 ya 60 Aayat padhne mein lagta hai utna faasla tha.

❀Fawaid:❀ 

 Is Hadees se maloom huwa ke Fajr ki Namaz jaldi aur andhere mein padhni chahiye.

Sahih Bukhari (1/82 Hadees no: 578) aur Sahih Muslim (1/230 Hadees no: 645) ki Hadees e Aisha Radhiallahu Anha mein likha huwa hai ke hum Nabi ﷺ ke sath Fajr ki Namaz padti thien, jab Namaz khatm ho jaati to apne gharon ko chali jatein aur andhere ki wajah se koi shakhs bhi hamein aur Nisa ul Momineen (Momineen ki aurton) ko pehchan nahi sakta tha.


 Tirmizi ki jis riwayat mein aaya hai:

أَسْفِرُوا بِالْفَجْرِ فَإِنَّهُ أَعْظَمُ لِلْأَجْرِ

Tarjumah: Fajr ki Namaz isfaar (jab roshni hone lage) mein padho kiunki is mein bada ajr hai. (Trimizi: 154) 

Woh us Hadees se Mansookh hai jis mein aaya hai ke:

Nabi ﷺ wafaat tak Fajr ki Namaz andhere mein padhte rahe hain. Hadees mein aaya hai:

ثُمَّ كَانَتْ صَلَاتُهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ التَّغْلِيسَ حَتَّى مَاتَ، وَلَمْ يَعُدْ إِلَى أَنْ يُسْفِرَ

Tarjumah: Phir Aap ﷺ ki Namaz (Fajr) wafaat tak andhere mein thi aur Aap ne (us din ke baad) kabhi roshni mein Namaz nahi padhi.

(Sunan Abi Dawood: 1/63 Hadees no: 394 is ki Sanad Sahih hai, An-Nasikh Wal-Mansookh Lil-Haazimi Page no: 77) 

❗Ise Ibn e Khuzaima (1/181 Hadees no: 352), Ibn e Hibban (Al-Ehsaan: 3/5 Hadees No: 1446), Al-Hakim (1/192,193) aur Khataabi ne sahih qarar diya hai, Usama bin Zaid Al-Laithi ki Hadees Hasan darje ki hoti hai. Dekhiye Siyar A’laam An-Nubala (6/343) waghera, yani Usama mazkoor Hasan ul Hadees Rawi hai.


 Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaya:

وَصَلِّ الصُّبْحَ وَالنُّجُومُ بَادِيَةٌ مُشْتَبِكَةٌ

Tarjumah: Aur subah ki Namaz us waqt padho jab sitaare saaf zahir aur baaham uljhe huwe hon.

(Mo’atta Imam Malik: 1/7 Hadees no: 6, is ki Sanad Sahih hai) 


Ek riwayat mein aaya hai ke Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaya:

والصبح بغلس

Tarjumah: Aur subah ki Namaz andhere mein padho.

(As-Sunan Al-Kubra Lil-Baihaqi: 1/456, is ki Sanad Hasan hai. Haris bin Amr Al-Huzali ki Hadees Hasan darje se kam nahi hoti) 


Is Farooqi hukm ke bar’aks (opposite) deobandi aur barelwi hazraat sakht roshni mein subah ki Namaz padhte hain aur phir yeh dawa bhi karte hain ke “Hum Khulafa e Rashideen ki Sunnat par amal karte hain.” Sub-Hanallah!


 Imam Tirmizi Rahimahullah farmate hain:

وَهُوَ الَّذِي اخْتَارَهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، مِنْهُمْ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ، وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ، وَبِهِ يَقُولُ الشَّافِعِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ، وَإِسْحَاقُ، يَسْتَحِبُّونَ التَّغْلِيسَ بِصَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ

Tarjumah: Nabi ﷺ ke Ashaab mein se kayi ne isey ikhtiyar kiya hai, un mein Abu Bakr aur Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma aur un ke baad ke Tabi’een hain. Shafi’ee, Ahmed aur Ishaq (bin Raahwiyah) ka yahi qaul hai. Yeh Fajr ki Namaz andhere mein padhna pasand karte hain.

⚠ Tambeeh: Is silsile mein Abu Bakr Radhiallahu Anhu ka sareeh amal sahih sanad se nahi mila. Neez dekhiye Sharah Ma’ani Al-Asaar Lit-Tahawi (1/181,182) Wallahu A’lam.


 Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari aur Abdullah bin Az-Zubair Radhiallahu Anhuma subah ki Namaz andhere mein padhte they.

Dekhiye Musannaf Ibn e Abi Shaibah (1/320 Hadees no: 3239 aur 3240, in dono ki Sanad Sahih hai) 


Khalifa Umar bin Abdul Aziz Rahimahullah ne hukm jaari kiya ke Fajr ki Namaz andhere mein padho.

Dekhiye Musannaf Ibn e Abi Shaibah (1/320 Hadees no: 3237, is ki Sanad Sahih hai) 


 Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari Radhiallahu Anhu ko hukm diya ke subah ki Namaz andhere mein padho aur lambi qirat karo.

(Al-Awsat Li-Ibn e Munzir: 2/375, is ki Sanad Sahih hai. Sharah Ma’ani Al-Asaar Lit-Tahawi: 1/181. Musannaf Ibn e Abi Shaibah: 1/320 Hadees no: 3235) 


Behtar yahi hai ke subah ki Namaz andhere mein shuru ki jaaye aur us mein lambi qirat ki jaaye.

Hamaare yahan deobandi hazraat subah ki Namaz Ramadhan mein sakht andhere mein padhte hain, aur baqi maheeno mein khoob roshni kar ke padhte hain, pata nahi fiqah ka woh kon sa kulliya ya chuziyya hai jis se woh is tafreeq par amal karte hain, chunki Sehri ke baad sona hota hai is liye woh fareeza e Namaz jaldi ada karte hain. Yeh amal woh itebaa’ e Sunnat ke jazbe se nahi karte kiunki bid’ati shakhs ko Allah Taala apne pyare Habeeb Muhammed ﷺ ki sunnat par amal karne ki taufeeq hi nahi deta.
