Hajj Se Mutalliq Aurton Ke Naam pe Aik Naya Taqleedi Fitnah

Hajj pe aayi hue khawateen ke mutalliq Mufti Junaid bin Mohammad Palanpoori (Mumbai) ne fatwa diya hai ke “Aurton ko Makkah aur Madinah mein hotel ke kamrey mein namaz padhni chahiye. Masjid mein jaana Hadees ke according galat hai. Hamari aurtain doosri aurton ki dekha dekhi masjid mein jaana shuru kar deti hain jo na-munasib amal hai”. (saath mein fatwa ka image laga diya hai).



Mujhey hairat hai is be-tukey (irrational) aur jihalat bharey fatwe par aur afsos itna zadah hai ke kuch kah nahi sakta.
Yeh apni man-maani aur apney nafs ki khawahish ko Shariyat ka naam detey hain aur khud bhi us par amal kartey hain aur duniya walon ko bhi zabardasti amal karwaatey hain. Aurtein Masjid mein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke zamaney se namaz ada karti aa rahi hain, unhein rokney wala Munkir e Hadees (Hadees ka inkaar karney wala) to ho sakta hai lekin Quran o Hadees ki ittebaa karney wala kabhi nahi ho sakta. Sahih Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim ki wazeh Hadees dekhen.
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
لاَ تَمْنَعُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ
Tarjumah: Allah ki bandiyon ko Allah ki Masjidon mein aaney se mat roko.
(Sahih Bukhari: 900 and Sahih Muslim: 442)

Is Hadees ke according kisi ko yeh haq nahi pahunchta ki Muslim aurton ko Allah ke ghar mein namaz parhney se mana karey aur khaas kar Masjid e Haraam aur Masjid e Nabwi mein.
Naseeb se kisi ko Hajj ki sa’adat milti hai, is sa’adat mein rukaawat daalna aur badey ajr o sawaab ke kaam se mahroom karna aurton ke liye hirmaan e naseebi hai. Harmain Shareefain ka taqaddus aur ehtram, wahan ki ziyarat aur un mein namaz o ibadat ka amal duniya ke masjidon se hazaron darja ooncha hai.
Masjid ul Haram mein aik waqt ki namaz duniya ki doosri masjidon ke muqaabley mein 55 saal ki namaz se badh kar hai aur Masjid e Nabwi mein aik waqt ki namaz duniya ki doosri masjidon mein 6 mahiney 20 din se badh kar hai. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏ "‏ صَلاَةٌ فِي مَسْجِدِي أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلاَةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ إِلاَّ الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ وَصَلاَةٌ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ مِائَةِ أَلْفِ صَلاَةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ ‏"
Tarjumah: Hazrat Jabir Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ki meri is masjid mein namaz (ajr ke aitbaar se) doosri masjidon mein namaz padhney se aik hazaar guna afzal hai siwaye Masjid e Haraam ke, aur Masjid e Haraam mein aik namaz padhna kisi doosri masjid ki aik Lakh namazon se afzal hai.

Kabhi aurton ko marketplaces, makhloot (co-ed) colleges, parks, cinema halls, makhloot ijtimaaon aur bheed bhaad (rush) wali makhloot (jahan mard o aurat dono hon) jaghon (places) se nahi roka hoga aur wahan jaaney se itni shiddat ke saath nahi mana kiya hoga jitni shiddat se masjidoon se mana kartey hain. Aur Harmain Shareefain baghair shak ke sab se muqaddas maqam hai jahan ki ziyarat ka hukm jahan mardon ko hai wahein aurton ko bhi hai.
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
لاَ تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلاَّ إِلَى ثَلاَثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ، وَمَسْجِدِ الرَّسُولِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَمَسْجِدِ الأَقْصَى
Tarjumah: Teen masjidon ke siwa kisi ke liye kajawe na baandhey jaayen. (yaani safar na kiya jaaye) Aik Masjid e Haraam, doosri Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki masjid (yani Masjid e Nabwi) aur teesri Masjid e Aqsa (yani bait ul muqaddas).
(Sahih Bukhari: 1189)

Koi bataye ziyarat kisey kehtey hain aur kya Harmain Shareefain ki masjidon ki ziyarat aurton ke liye nahi? Agar aurton ke liye bhi ziyarat masnoon hai to ziyarat mein kya kya aa’maal anjaam dena chahiye? Kya un aa’maal mein namaz daakhil nahi hai?
Agar kisi ko Hajj se mutalliq aurton ke liye fatwa dena hi hai to yeh fatwa de ki bagair mehram ke safar karna haraam hai. Bagair pardah Hajj karna gunah hai aksar aurtein be-parda ho kar apney aur doosron ka Hajj barbaad karti hain kiyunki un ke yahan yeh tasawwur paaya jata hai ki Hajj mein chehra nahi dhakna hai jabki Hajj ho ya Hajj ke alawah koi doosra mauqa ho har jagah aurat ko ajnabi mardon se parda karna hai.
Agar aurton ko mashwara (advise) dena tha to yeh detey ke mardon ki saf se alag ho kar chalney ki koshish karen, apni zeenat ka izhaar na karen, bhadkeelay ya tang aur bareek libaas hargiz na lagayen (pehney). Agar in saari baaton ki taraf mufti hazrat dhiyaan dilaayen to bohot mumkin hai ki Hajj ke andar sabhi ke liye pakeezgi hogi aur Hajj ka fareeza pakeezgi se ada hoga.
Hajj ka aksar hissa Masjid e Haraam se juda hai, aurat ho ya mard dono ko pehlay Haram mein daakhil hona hai aur Hajj se wapsi bhi haram se hi judi hue hai. Kitni ajeeb baat hai aurat Haram e Shareef mein Tawaaf aur Sa’ee karey magar wahan namaz ada na karey balki apney hotel mein ada karey

Allah Taala aisay logon ko aql e saleem ataa farmaye. Aameen.

Hajj Ka Mukhtasar Aur Aasaan Tareeqa

(1) Meeqaat (Jahan Se Ehraam Baandha Jaata Hai):
¤ Ehraam Hajj ya Umrah mein daakhil honay ki niyat ka naam hai na ke kapdey ka.
¤ Meeqaat pahunch kar ghusl karen aur sirf badan ke aaza (organs) par khusbhoo istemaal karen, agar nahana sehat ke liye nuqsaandeh (harmful) ho to ghusl chore den.
¤ Gair zaroori baal aur naakhoon kaatney ka talluq Ehraam se nahi hai, inhen kaatney ki zaroorat ho to kaaten warna chor den.
¤ Ehraam ka kapda lagayen, Meqaat par bheed (rush) ki wajah se Meqaat se pehlay bhi kisi jagah se Ehraam ka libaas laga saktay hain magar Meqaat par niyat karni zaroori hai.
¤ Hajj ki teeno qism (Ifraad (افراد), Qira’an (قران), Tamttu (تمتع) mein se kisi aik ko ikhtiyar kar ke us ki niyat karen.
¤ Ifraad ki niyat: Labbaik Hajjan (لَبَّيْك حَجًّا), Qira’an ki niyat: Labbaik Umratan wa Hajjan (لَبَّيْك عُمْرَةً وَحَجًّا) aur Tamattu ki niyat: Labbaik Umratan (لَبَّيْك عُمْرَةً).
¤ Meeqaat se le ker Haram tak Talbiyah pukartey chalein. Talbiyah ke alfaaz yeh hain:
لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالمُلْكَ، لاَ شَرِيكَ لَكَ
Tarjumah: Hazir hun aye Allah! Hazir hun main, tera koi shareek nahi. Hazir hun, tamam hamd (tareef) terey hi liye hai aur tamam ne’matein teri hi taraf se hain, baadshaahat teri hi hai tera koi shareek nahi.

(2) Masjid e Haraam (Makkah Mukarramah):
¤ Mutmatti (Hajj e Tamattu Karney Wala): Umrah ke liye Tawaaf aur Sa’ee (سعی) karey, phir baal chota karkay halal ho jaye.
¤ Qaarin (Hajj e Qira’an Karney Waala): Tawaaf e Qudoom karey (yeh mustahab yaani pasandeedah hai) aur Hajj o Umrah ki sa’ee karey.
¤ Mufrid (Hajj e Ifraad Karney Wala): Tawaaf e Qudoom karey (yeh mustahab yaani pasandeedah hai) aur Hajj ki sa’ee karey.
¤ Qaarin aur Mufrid Ehraam mein baqi rahengey aur dus (10) tareekh ko rami e jimaar aur halq (baal mudwana) ya taqseer (baal chotey chootey karna) ke baad halal hongey magar biwi tawaaf e ifazah (aur agar Sa’ee ho to Sa’ee kar ke) hi halal hogi.
¤ Tawaaf ki koi khaas dua nahi hai, jo chahey saat chakkaron mein dua karey, albatta Rukn e Yamani aur Hajr e Aswad ke darmiyan yeh dua parhey:
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً، وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Tarjumah: Aye hamarey Rab! Hamein dunyan mein bhalaai ata farma, aur aakhirat mein bhi, aur hamein jahannum ke Azaab se bacha ley.
(Abu Dawood: 1892)

¤ Safa aur Marwah pe har chakkar mein teen teen baar yeh dua parhey:
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ، أَنْجَزَ وَعْدَهُ، وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ، وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ
Tarjumah: Allah ke alawah koi sachcha Ma’bood nahi wo akela hai uska koi shareek nahi, uskey liye baadshaahat hai aur usi ke liye tamaam ta’reefat hain aur wo har cheez par qaadir hai, uskey alawah koi sachcha Ma'bood nahi wo akela hai, usney apna wada poora kar diya, apney bandey ki madad ki aur akeley hi tamaam lashkaron ko shikast di.
(Sahih Muslim: 1298)

(3) Mina (Yaumut Tarwiyah yani 8 Zilhijja):
¤ 8 Zilhijja ko Tamattu karney wala apni rehney wali jagah hi se Hajj ka Ehraam bandhay.
¤ Qaarin aur Mufrid Hajj ki niyat kar ke pehlay se hi Ehraam mein baqi hon to usi haalat mein Mina chala jaye ya 8 Zilhijja ko Hajj ki niyat kar rahey hon to us ki do (2) soortein hain ya to Tawaaf e Qudoom aur Sa'ee kar ke Mina jaaye ya bagair Tawaaf aur Sa’ee direct Mina chala jaye.
¤ Ehraam laga kar Mina ki taraf mutwajjah ho, wahan Zohar, Asr, Maghrib, Isha aur Fajr paanch (5) waqton ki namaz apney apney waqton pay Qasr ke saath padhey.

(4) Arafaat (Yaum e Arafah yani 9 Zilhijja):
¤ 9 Zilhijja ko sooraj nikalney ke baad maidan e Arafaat pahunch kar wahan kisi bhi jagah thehray. Pahad par chadhna aur kisi khaas jagah wuqoof karney ki mehnat karna ghalat hai.
¤ Zohar aur Asr ki namaz Jama’ Taqdeem (Zohar ke waqt Zohar aur Asr dono) ke saath Qasr (do do rakat) karey.
¤ Namaz padh kar sooraj ke doobney tak dua, zikr, isteghfaar aur tazarru (Allah ke saamney gidgidaana) mein masroof rahey.
¤ Arafah ki sab se behtareen dua yeh hai:
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ المُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Tarjumah: Allah ke alawah koi sachcha Ma’bood nahi wo akela hai us ka koi shareek nahi, us ke liye baadshaahat hai aur usi ke liye tamaam ta’reefaat hain aur wo har cheez par qaadir hai.
(Tirmidhi: 3585)

(5) Muzdalifah:
¤ Sooraj doobney ke baad Maghrib ki namaz padhey baghair Arafat se Muzdalifah jaye.
¤ Wahan par Maghrib aur Isha ki namaz aik sath Qasr se padhey.
¤ Fir raat bhar aaraam karey, Fajr ki namaz ke baad zikr o azkaar aur dua wa isteghfaar karey.
¤ Sooraj nikalney se pehlay Mina ki taraf rawaana ho jaaye.
¤ Kamzoor, aged (budhey), ma’zoor aur zaroorat-mand logon ke liye aadhi raat ke baad bhi Muzdalifah se Mina jaana jaayez hai.

(6) Yaum un Nahar (Qurbani Ka Din yani 10 Zilhijja):
¤ 10 Zilhijja ko Fajr ke baad Mina jaa kar pehlay aik hi Jamra {jo Makkah se muttasil (mila hua) hai} ko takbeer ke saath saat (7) kankari maarey.
¤ Kankari rastey ya Mina wa Muzdalifah kahin se bhi chuni jaa sakti hai, us ki jasamat (size) chaney ke barabar ho aur usay dhoney ki bhi zaroorat nahi.
¤ Hajj e Tamattu aur Qira’an karney wala qurbani karey.

¤ Rami e Jamra aur Halaq (ya yeh dono ya in ke alawah do amal) se “Tahallul e Awwal” haasil ho jata hai jis ki wajah se biwi ke alawah saari pabandiyan khatm ho jati hain aur jab aik aur cheez kar ley Tawaaf ya Sa’ee “Tahallul e Saani” (Yamun Nahar ko kisi teen amal se) yani mukammal halal ho jaata hai is se biwi bhi halal ho jati hai.
Note: “Tahallul e Awwal” se muraad yeh hai ki Haaji teen mein se do kaam karey yaani Rami (رمی) aur Halaq ya Taqseer karey yaa Rami (رمی) aur Tawaaf karey ya Tawaaf wa Halaq ya Taqseer karey to yeh “Tahallul e Awwal” hai. Aur jab wo teeno kaam hi kar ley yaani Rami, Tawaaf aur sar ke baalon ko mundwa ya katwa ley to yeh “Tahallul e Saani” hai. (yeh izaafa samjhaaney ke maqsad se meri taraf se hai: Umar Asari)

¤ Agar us ne Qurbani ki raqm (paisa) jama kar di hai to bina intezaar kiye usturey (razor) se baal mundwaaye ya qainchi (scissor) se poorey sar se baal chota karwaaye.
¤ Mutmatti, Qarin aur Mufrid sabhi Hajj ka Tawaaf (yaani Tawaaf e Ifazah) karen.
¤ Mutmatti Hajj ki Sa’ee karey, Qarin aur Mufrid bhi Sa’ee karey agar unhon ne Tawaaf e Qudoom ke saath Sa’ee na ki ho.
¤ Tamattu karney waley ke liye us din ke kaam tarteeb ke saath Rami, Qurbani, Halaq / Taqseer, Tawaaf aur Sa’ee hain. In kamon mein se koi aagey ya peechay ho jaye to koi harj nahi yani yeh tarteeb wajib nahi hai.

(7) Ayyaam e Tashreeq (Rami e Jamaraat ke ayyaam):
¤ Agar kisi uzr ki bina par Yaumun Nahar ko Tawaaf e Ifazah na kar sakey to ayyaam e tashreeq (11,12,13 Zilhijja) mein bhi kar saktey hain yahan tak ke lot-tey waqt aik hi niyat mein Tawaaf e Ifazah aur Tawaaf e vida’ bhi kar saktey hain.
¤ 10 Zilhijja ka kaam kar ke Mina laut aaye aur 11, 12 aur 13 Zilhijja ki raat wahin guzaarey.

¤ Teeno din Teeno Jamarat ko (pehlay Jamra e Oola, phir Jamra e wusta phir Jamra e Uqbah) zawaal ke baad saat saat kankari maarey.
¤ Pehlay Jamrey ki Rami (رمی) kar ke Qibla ki taraf ho kar lambi dua karey phir doosrey Jamrey ki Rami (رمی) kar ke Qibla ki taraf ho kar lambi dua karey aur teesray Jamrey ki Rami (رمی) ke baad baghair dua rukhsat ho jaaye.
¤ Rami e Jamaraat Allah ki Ibadat aur us ke hukm ki ta’meel hai na ke Shaitan ko kankari maarna, is liye Shaitan naam dena bhi ghalat hai.
¤ Agar Ta’jeel karni ho to 12 Zilhijja ko kankari mar kar sooraj doobney se pehlay Mina chor dey.
¤ Hajj ke upar zikr kiye galaye saarey aa’maal anjaam denay ke baad jab apney watan lautney lagey to Tawaaf e vida’ karey aur phir Makkah mein na thehray.
¤ Ab aap ka Hajj complete ho gaya, Madinah ki ziyarat ka talluq Hajj se nahi hai, Saudi ke bahar se aaney waley aam taur se zindagi mein aik baar yahan aatey hain to Madinah ki ziyarat se bhi mustafeed ho jaayen to behtar hai.

Hajj Ke Arkaan, Wajibaat aur Mamnoo’aat:
Hajj ke Arkaan
(1) Ehraam (Hajj ki niyat karna)
(2) Maidan e Arafaat mein theharna (rukna)
(3) Tawaaf e Ifazah karna
(4) Safa aur Marwh ki Sa’ee karna

Hajj Ke Wajibaat:
(1) Meqaat se Ehraam bandhna
(2) Sooraj doobney tak Arafah mein theharna (rukna)
(3) Chaand ki raat Muzdalifah mein guzarna
(4) Ayyaam e Tashreeq (11,12,13 Zilhijja) ki raatein Mina mein guzaarna
(5) Jamaraat ko kankari maarna
(6) Baal mundwana ya katwana
(7) Tawaaf e vida’ karna (haiz aur nifas wali aurat ke liye nahi hai )

Mamnoo’aat e Ehraam:
Halat e Ehraam mein 9 kaam mamnoo (mana) hain jinhein mahzoorat e Ehraam kaha jaata hai aur wo yeh hain:
(1) Baal kaatna
(2) Nakhoon kaatna
(3) Mard ko sila huwa kapda pehanna
(4) Khushboo lagana
(5) Mard ka sar dhaapna
(6) Shaadi karna
(7) Biwi ke saath shehwat se chimatna
(8) Jimaa (sexual intercourse) karna
(9) Shikaar karna.
Aurat ke liye dastaana (glove) aur burqa wa naqaab mana hai lekin wo ajnabi mardon se parda karegi.

Arkaan, Wajibaat aur Mamnoo’aat ke Ehkaam:
¤ Agar kisi ne Hajj ke chaar arkaan mein se koi aik rukn bhi chor diya to Hajj sahih nahi hoga.
¤ Upar zikr kiye gaye wajibaat mein se koi aik wajib choot jata hai to Hajj sahih hoga magar wajib ke chorney par dam dena hoga. Dam ki taaqat na ho to dus (10) roza rakh ley, teen (3) din Hajj mein aur saat (7) watan wapas honay par.
¤ Jo shakhs ilm na honay ki wajah se Ehraam ke mamnoo’aat mein se kisi ka irtikaab kar ley to us par kuch bhi nahi hai, lekin agar jaan boojh kar irtikaab kya to fidyah dena hoga (agar mamnoo’aat mein se aik se le kar paanch (5) tak mein se kisi ka irtikaab kiya ho). Fidya mein ya to teen (3) roza ya aik zabeeha ya 6 miskeeno ko khana khilana hoga. Shikaar karney ki soorat mein usi ke misl janwar zabah karna hoga. Shaadi karney se Hajj baatil ho jata hai. Agar “Tahallul e Awwal” se pehlay jimaa kar ley to aurat aur mard dono ka Hajj baatil ho jayega aur agar “Tahallul e Awwal” ke baad Tawaaf e Ifazah se pehlay jimaa karey to Hajj sahih hoga magar us ka Ehraam khatm ho jayega woh Haram ke hudood se bahar jaa kar phir se Ehraam bandhey taakay Tawaaf e Ifazah kar sakay aur Fidya mein aik bakri zabah karey.

Kya Miyan Biwi Ke Jodey Aasmaan Mein Bantey Hain?

Logon mein rishtey ke mutalliq mash-hoor hai ke yeh aasman par bantey hain yani rishta noshtah hota hai. Kya yeh baat sahih hai ke rishta aasman pay banta hai?
Allah Taala ne Quran mein kai jagah makhlooq ke mutalliq joda joda bananey ka zikr kiya hai. Insanon ke mutalliq Allah Taala farmata hai:
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ مَوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
Tarjumah: Aur us ki nishaniyon mein se hai ki tumhari hi jins se biwiyan paida ki takay tum un se aaram paao us ne tumharey darmiyan mohabbat aur humdardi qayem kar di, yaqeenan gaur o fikr karney walon kay liye is mein bohot si nishaniyan hain.
(Surah Ar-Room, Surah No:30  Ayat No: 21)

Is Aayat se pata chalta hai ke Allah Taala ne mardon ke liye usi ki jins se hi aurton ko paida kiya hai taaki aik dosrey se shadi karke joda joda ban jaye aur aik dosrey ke raahat o sukoon ka baais ban jaye. Agar mard o aurat ki jins alag alag hoti for example: Mard insanon mein se aur aurtain hewan mein se to aik phir dosrey ka joda ban-na aur qalbi (dili) sukoon milna namumkin (impossible) tha. Is wajah se Allah Taala ne mard ko usi ki jins se biwi aur aurat ko bhi apni hi jins se shauhar diya. Phir Allah ne hamein jodey ban-ney aur zindagi guzarney ka sunehra usool bhi diya jisey shadi kehtey hain.
Islam mein mardon ko naik biwi ka intekhab karney ka hukm diya hai taaki marriage life ki bunyaad saleh ho aur baqiya zindagi mein usi bunyaad par rishta qayem rahey.
In baton se hamein yeh maloom ho gaya ke joda bana diya gaya hai rishta hamein banana hai. Yeh hamarey haath mein hai ke kis se rishta bana rahey hain?
Haan aik aur baat yeh bhi hai ke aasman mein Lauhe Mehfooz mein hamara rishta bhi likha howa hai jaisey hamari Taqdeer likhi hue hai. To yeh is wajah se hai ke Allah Taala ke ilm mein pehlay se hi yeh baat hai ke hum zindagi mein kya kya karney waley hain?

Bhains Halal Hai Ya Haram

Bhains Ki Hillat (Halal Hona) Aur Uskey Masaail

Bhains Ki Hillat (Yaani Bhains Ka Halal Hona):
Bhains Quran o Hadees ki roshni mein halal hai.

Quran se Daleel: Allah Taala ka irshad hai:
أُحِلَّتْ لَكُمْ بَهِيمَةُ الْأَنْعَامِ إِلَّا مَا يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ
Tarjumah: Tumharey liye maweshi chaupaaye halal kiye gaye hain, siwaaye unkey jin ke naam padh kar suna diye gaye hain.
(Surah Al-Maidah, Surah No: 5  Ayat No: 1)

Doosri jagah Allah Taala ka irshad hai:
قُلْ لَا أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَىٰ طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ مَيْتَةً أَوْ دَمًا مَسْفُوحًا أَوْ لَحْمَ خِنْزِيرٍ فَإِنَّهُ رِجْسٌ أَوْ فِسْقًا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ ۚ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلَا عَادٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
Tarjumah: Aap keh dijiye ke jo kuch ahkaam Wahi ke zariye meray paas aaye hain un me to main koi haram nahi pata kisi khaney waley ke liye jo us ko khaye, magar yeh ke woh murdaar ho ya ki behta huwa khoon ho ya khinzeer ka gosht ho, kiunki woh bilkul na-paak hai ya jo shirk ka zariya ho ki Ghairullah ke liye naamzad kar diya gaya ho. Phir jo shakhs majboor ho jaye is shart ke saath ke woh na to lazzat chahney wala ho aur na tajawuz karney wala ho to waqaee aap ka Rab Ghafoor ur Raheem hai.
(Surah Al-An’aam, Surah No: 6  Ayat No: 145)

Quran ki pehli Aayat se pata chalta hai ke qaiday ki roo se saarey janwar halal hain siwaye unkey jin ki hurmat ke barey mein wahi kar di gayi hai. Aur doosri Aayat mein wahi ke zariye Haraam kiye huwe janwar ki nishandahi kar di gayi hai jin mein se Bhains nahi hai. Is liye quran ki roo se Bhains halal hue.

Hadees se Daleel: Qurani qaiday ki tarah Ahadees se bhi is qaiday ki wazahat milti hai ke khushki aur behri (samandar mein rehne waley) saaray janwar halal hain siwaye jin ki hurmat ka elaan kar diya gaya. Khushki ke janwaron mein kuchli daant waley janwar ki momaniyat hai. Isi tarah woh jaanwar bhi Haraam hain jis ke qatl karney ya na karney ka Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne hukm diya ho ya jiski hurmat khud Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne wazeh kar di ho. Murdaar khaney wala janwar bhi mana hai. Janwar ki momanat ke in usool ke tehat Bhains nahi aati jis ki bunyaad par bhains bhi halal thehri.

Ijma se Daleel: Al-Mausoo’aa Al-Fiqhiyyah, Al-Ijmaa’ aur Al-Mughni waghera mein Bhains ke halal honey par Ijma naqal kiya gaya hai aur Ijma bhi shar’ee daleelon mein se hai.

Bhains ka goosht:
Jo janwar halal hai, us ka gosht khana halal hai.

Bhains ka doodh:
Halal janwar ka doodh peena jaayez hai, jaisa ki gaaye ka doodh.

Bhains ka gobar:
Makool ul Laham jaanwar (Jin ka gosht khaaya jaata hai un) ka gobar paak hai, is ke kai dalail hain aik daleel Bakri ke rehney ki jagah namaz parhney wali Hadees doosri daleel oont (camel) ka peshab peeney wali Hadees hai.

Bhains ka peshab:
Bakri aur Oont (camel) se mutalliq upar zikr kiye gaye dalaail se yeh bhi saabit hota hai ke Makool ul Laham jaanwar (Jin ka goosht khaaya jaata hai un) ka peshab paak hai. Is liye Makool ul Laham jaanwar (Jin ka goosht khaaya jaata hai un) ka peshab ilaaj ke taur par agar istemaal hota ho to is mein koi qabahat nahi lekin shart yeh hai ki ilaaj ke liye maahir Muslim Doctor ki sarahat ho. Yeh baat is liye kahi jaa rahi ke Hinduism mein gaaye ka peshab Aqeedat ke taur par piya jata hai aur usi Aqeedey ke tehat medicines mein bhi peshab milaaya jaa raha hai.

Bhains ki Qurbani:
Qurbani ke jaanwar ke mutalliq Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ ۖ مِنَ الضَّأْنِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْمَعْزِ اثْنَيْنِ ۗ قُلْ آلذَّكَرَيْنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ أَمَّا اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَرْحَامُ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ ۖ نَبِّئُونِي بِعِلْمٍ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ¤ وَمِنَ الْإِبِلِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ اثْنَيْنِ ۗ
Tarjumah: (Paida kiye) aath (8) nar o maada yani bhed (sheep) mein do qism aur bakri mein do qism Aap kahiye ki kiya Allah ne in dono naron ko haram kiya hai ya dono maada ko? Ya us ko jis ko dono maada pet mein liye huwe hon? Tum mujh ko kisi daleel se to batao agar sachchey ho¤ Aur oont mein do qism aur gaye mein do qism…..
(Surah Al-An’aam, Surah No: 6  Ayat No: 143 and 144)

Allah Taala ne naam ley kar aath (8) qism ke Qurbani ke janwar ki ta’een kar di jabkay khaye jaanay waley janwar be-shumaar hain. Aath (8) qism: Do qism Bakri nar o maada, do qism Bhed (sheep) nar o maada, do qism oont nar o maada aur do qism gaaye nar o maada. Goya in aath (8) qismon mein Qurbani ke liye naveen (9th) kisi janwar ko shaamil nahi kiya jayega. In qismon mein Bhains ka zikr nahi. Kaha yeh jaata hai ke Arab mein us waqt bhains famous nhi thi aur yeh gaaye ki jins se hai. Is ka hukm wahi hai jo gaaye ka hai chahey Zakat ke liye ho, Qurbani ke liye ho ya goosht khaney aur doodh peenay ke taur par ho. Yeh baat sahih hai ke Bhains Arab mein muta’arif (introduced) nahi thi magar bhains duniya mein mojood thi, Allah us ka khaaliq hai woh koi baat bhoolta nahi. Agar chahta to Qurbani ke janwar ki fehrist (list) mein usay bhi zikr kar sakta tha.
Khulasa ke taur par mera yeh kehna hai ke Bhains halal janwar hai, us ko Qurbani ke masle mein jhagdey ki wajah na banaai jaye, seedhi si baat hai agar hamaray yahan Quran mein mazkoor aath (8) qismon mein se kisi qism ka janwar paaya jata hai to uski Qurbani karen jis mein koi shak nahi aur na ikhtilaaf hai albatta kai ahl e ilm ne Bhains ko gaaye ki jins se mana hai aur is bunyaad par uski Qurbani ko jaayez thehraya hai. Arab ke ulama bhi Bhains ki Qurbani ko jaayez kehtey hain. Isliye kisi ka dil is par satisfied ho to us par kisi qism ka force na kiya jaaye.

Bhains Ka Aqeeqah:
Jis tarah Allah Taala ne Qurbani ke mutalliq janwar ki tafseel zikr kar di waisey hi Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se Aqeeqah ke mutalliq bhi janwar ki sarahat maujood hai. Aqeeqah ke liye Sahih Ahadees mein Bakri, Meendha aur Dumba ka zikr milta hai iske bawjood ki gaaye aur oont maujood they. Aqeeqa (Qurbani) Ibadat hai aur Ibadat taqeefi hoti hai, is ke liye daleel chahiye. Lehaza Aqeeqah ke ke liye jin janwar par daleel milti hai hamein unhein ka Aaeeqah karna chahiye.
Kuch logon ne badey janwar for example: Gaaye, bail, oont waghera se Aqeeqa dena jaayez kaha hai. Agar badey janwar mein Aqeeqa ka jawaaz tasleem (qabool) kiya jata hai to aik bohat bada ehtimaal khada ho jata hai woh yeh ke agar gaaye ka Aqeeqah mantey hain to sawal yeh paida hota hai ke is mein aik hissa hoga ya Qurbani ki tarah saat (7) hissey hongey?
Gaaye ke Aqeeqaey ko jayeez kehne walon mein se kuch ne aik hissa kaha aur kuch ne saat (7) hissa kaha. Chunkay is baat ki koi Daleel nahi jin ko jo munasib laga hukm de diya. Aur yeh maloom hai Qurbani aur Aqeeqah ibadat e tauqeefi hain us mein baghair daleel ke kuch kehna sahih nahi hai.
Isliye un janwar se hi Aqeeqah karen jin par daleel hai. Yahi zada munasib hai aur is mein zada ehtiyaat bhi hai. Jin riwayaat mein Oont aur Gaaye ke Aqeeqah ka zikr hai woh Zaeef hain, un se istedlaal nahi kiya jayega (means daleel ni li jaayegi).

Aik Baat Ki Wazahat:
Kuch log badey zor o shor se yeh daawa kartey hain ke Bhains ka halal hona Quran o Hadees mein mojood nahi, yeh Fiqah ki roshni mein halal hai. Aisay log yeh nahi jantey ke unki is baat ka nateeja kya nikalta hai?
Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
اتَّخَذُوا أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَانَهُمْ أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَالْمَسِيحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَمَا أُمِرُوا إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا إِلَٰهًا وَاحِدًا ۖ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ سُبْحَانَهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
Tarjumah: Un logon ne Allah ko chor kar apney aalimon aur darweshon (monks) ko apna Rab banaya hai aur Maryam ke betey Maseeh ko halanki unhein sirf aik akeley Allah hi ki Ibadat ka hukm diya gaya tha jis ke siwa koi Ma’bood nahi woh paak hai un ke shareek muqarrar karney se.
(Surah At-Tabah, Surah No: 9  Ayat No: 31)

Jab yeh Aayat nazil hue to Adi bin Hatim Radhiallahu Anhu (jo Islam qabool karney se pehle Isaai they) bayan kartey hain ke mein ne Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko yeh Aayat tilawat kartey (padhtey) huwe suna to kaha ki aye Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) hum ne un ki kabhi bhi Ibadat nahi ki aur na hum molviyon aur darweshon ko Rab mantey they to Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
أَمَا إِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَكُونُوا يَعْبُدُونَهُمْ وَلَكِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا أَحَلُّوا لَهُمْ شَيْئًا اسْتَحَلُّوهُ وَإِذَا حَرَّمُوا عَلَيْهِمْ شَيْئًا حَرَّمُوهُ
Tarjumah: Woh apney ulama ki Ibadat nahi kartey they lekin jab un ke ulama kisi cheez ko halal keh detey to woh usay halal kar letay aur jab woh kisi cheez ko haraam qarar detey to woh bhi usay haraam tasleem kar letay.
(Tirmidhi: 3095)

Agar koi yeh aqeedah rakhey ke hamari Fiqah ne ya hamaray Imam ne Bhains halal kiya aur is aqeeday se Bhains ka goosht khaye to uska bhi wohi hukm hoga jo Quran mein hai.
Isliye aaj ke baad apney Imaan o aqeeday ki islaah kar len aur aik baat ki khatir akhirat na barbaad karen.

Khaaney Peeney Ke Mutalliq Duayen


Khaane Se Pehle Ki Dua:
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ طَعَامًا فَلْيَقُلْ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ نَسِيَ فِي أَوَّلِهِ فَلْيَقُلْ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ فِي أَوَّلِهِ وَآخِرِهِ
Tarjumah: Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha se riwayat hai, Woh kehti hain ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
Jab tum logon mein se koi khana khaaye to “Bismillah” (Allah ke naam se) padhe ley, Agar shuru mein bhool jaaye to yeh kahey “بِسْمِ اللَّهِ فِي أَوَّلِهِ وَآخِرِهِ”. {Allah ke naam ke saath uske shuru aur uske aakhir mein}
(Tirmidhi: 1858, Ibne Majah: 3264 and Abu Daud: 3767)
*Abu Daud mein alfaaz thode alag hain. Diye gaye Hadees No par aap un alfaaz ko dekh saktey hain.



Khaana Khaaney Ke Baad Ki Dua:
(1) عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا رَفَعَ مَائِدَتَهُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ، غَيْرَ مَكْفِيٍّ، وَلاَ مُوَدَّعٍ وَلاَ مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ، رَبَّنَا ‏"‏‏.
Tarjumah: Abu Umama Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki jab Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke saamne se jab khaana uthaya jaata to Aap ye dua padhtey:
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ، غَيْرَ مَكْفِيٍّ، وَلاَ مُوَدَّعٍ وَلاَ مُسْتَغْنًى عَنْهُ، رَبَّنَا
(Tamam ta’reefein Allah ke liye hain, bohot zada pakeeza barkat waali, hum is khaane ka haq poori tarah ada na kar sakey aur yeh hamesha ke liye rukhsat nahi kiya gya hai (aur yeh is liye kaha taaki) is se hum ko beparwaahi ka khayaal na ho, Aye hamare Rab!)
(Sahih Bukhari: 5458)

(2) الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلاَ قُوَّةٍ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ ‏"‏ ‏
Tarjumah: Tamam ta’reefein us Allah ke liye hain jis ne hamein yeh khaana khilaaya aur usey hamein ata kiya, meri taraf se mehnat o mashaqqat aur koshish aur taqat o quwwat ke istemaal ke bagair.
(Tirmidhi: 3458, Abu Daud: 4023 and Ibne Majah: 3285)


Mehmaan Ki Mezbaan Ke Liye Dua:
اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَهُمْ فِي مَا رَزَقْتَهُمْ وَاغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَارْحَمْهُمْ ‏
Tarjumah: Aye Allah! Inke rizq mein barkat ata farma aur inhein bakhsh de aur in par rehmat nazil farma.
(Sahih Muslim: 2042)

Jo Shakhs Khilaaye Pilaaye Uske Liye Dua:
اللهُمَّ، أَطْعِمْ مَنْ أَطْعَمَنِي، وَأَسْقِ مَنْ أَسْقَانِي
Tarjumah: Aye Allah! Usey khila jisney mujhey khilaaya aur usey pila jisney mujhey pilaaya.

Taqleed Par Di Jaaney Wali Doctor Aur Engineer Ki Misaal Ki Haqeeqat

Aam taur se Taqleed karney waley yeh kehtey hain ki “dunya ke har ilm mein jisko jitna ilm jota hai utna wo Mujtahid hota hai aur jitna nahi hota us miqdaar mein woh doosrey ki pairwi karta hai. Engineer Doctor ki pairwi karta hai aur Doctor Scientist ki. Isi tarah M.B.B.S doctor well educated research ki ability rakhney waley Doctor ki medicine par Tehqeeq mein pairwi karta hai aur mareez ke liye medicine ki ta’een mein Mujtahid hota hai. ilm e Deen mein bhi aisey hi hai.”

Doctor aur Engineer wali duniya ki misaal badi pyaari maloom hoti hai, merey khayaal se Taqleed karney waley aam taur se yahi misaal pesh kartey hain aur taqleed ki khush fehmi mein mubtala hain halaanki Shariyat ke aitbaar se wazeh dalail ke muqabley mein is qism ki misaal dena aur qayaas karna durust nahi hai.

Deen e Islam mein Sahih Hadees ki roshni mein har musalman ke liye ilm ka hasil karna farz hai, yeh hadees hamein wazeh taur par batlaati hai ke kisi bhi adna (inferior) ya aala (superior), Alim ya jaahil chahey koi bhi ho, kisi ko kisi mutayyan (khaas) shakhs ki Taqleed nahi karni hai balkay barah e raast Shariat ka ilm haasil karna hai. ilm hasil karney ke kai tareeqay ho saktay hain yeh alag bahes hai. Isi wajah se Quran ne har jagaah Allah aur us ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki ita’at o ittebaa’ ka hukm diya hai. Jo log nahi jantay unhein jan-ney walon se poochney ka hukm diya hai na ki unki Taqleed ka. Isi tarah Quran mein Ahl e Kitaab ke mutalliq aaya hai ki unhon ne apney ulama ko Rab bana liya. Yeh Rab banana is wajah se hai ke woh log apney Alim se baghair Daleel poochey halal o haram maan letay they. Goya hamein Ahl e Kitaab ki tarah apney kisi bhi Alim ki baat baghair daleel jaaney nahi maan-ni chahiye. Daleel ke sath kisi Alim ki baat qabool karni chahiye isi ka naam talab e ilm hai jis ka har Muslman ko hukm howa hai. Isay Taqleed nahi ittebaa’ aur ita’at kaha jata hai.
Jaisa ki upar Doctor ki misaal ke zariye jo ilm nahi rakhta usko Alim ki Taqleed karna saabit kiya gaya hai. Uspar sawal yeh hota hai ke deen mein aik jaahil aadmi kitney Alim ki Taqleed kar sakta hai, ilm e Nahu (Nahu means Syntax) ke liye Nahwi (Syntactic), ilm e Tafseer ke liye Mufassir, ilm e Hadees ke liye Muhaddis, ilm e Fiqah ke liye Faqeeh aur Mujtahid waghera kis kis ki Taqleed karey? Is sawal se yeh Shoosha nikalta hai ke Taqleed mein sirf aik Imam ki taqleed par majaboor kiya jata hai, is ka matlab yeh howa ke haq sirf aik Imam mein hi qaid hai to lazmi taur par dosray Imamon ki Taqleed se rokna hoga jabkay yahan to chaaro Imamon ko barhaq kaha jata hai. To is sawal ka jawab baqi reh jata hai ke deen mein aik hi Imam ki taqleed karey ya kai ulama ki?
Agar aik hi Imam ki Taqleed karni hai to Doctor aur Engineer ki misaal dena bekaar hai kiyunki mareez maslak dekh kar kisi Doctor se ilaaj nahi karata balki agar aik Doctor se shifa nahi mili to doosrey Doctor ke paas jata hai aur jahan jahan shifa ki ummeed hoti hai wahan wahan se ilaaj karata hai jabkay yahan to Imam se khata bhi hue ho har halat mein Taqleed usi aik imam ki karni hai.
Doosri baat yeh ke agar imam ki hi taqleed karni hai, un ki Fiqah ka ilm haasil karna hai to aik jaahil ke liye bajaye is ke ki woh makhsoos aur mutayyan Imam ki makhsoos Fiqah ka ilm ley aur Fiqah ke lakhoon (lakhs) masail yaad karey, usay Shariyat ka ilm lena chahiye jis ka Shariat se hukm mila hai.
Teesri baat yeh ke aik mutayyan (khas) Imam ki Taqleed se baaqi ke teen Imamon ke alawah hazaron, lakhoon ulama ke ilm o hikmat, Fiqah wa baseerat, fehm o tadabbur, Ma’rifat o Ijtehaad se be-nayazi hai aur Allah Taala jab jisay chahta hai deen ki samajh ataa kar deta hai. Aisa nahi hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke baad sirf aik hi Imam ne deen ko mukammal taur par samjha ho aur baqi ne kuch samjha hi nahi. Jis masley mein jisko Allah chahta hai uski rahnumai kar deyta hai. Ho sakta hai kisi masley mein Imam Abu Hanifa Rahimahullah sahih hon aur baqi teen Imam galati par, kisi masley mein Imam Abu Hanifa Rahimahullah galati par hon aur baqi Imam sahih par.
In baton ke pas manzar (background) mein yeh baat samajh mein aati hai ke hamein sirf aur sirf Quran o Hadees ki ittebaa’ karni hai, yeh ittebaa’ jahan aik Alim ke liye hai wahein aik jaahil ke liye bhi hai. Aur deen mein taqleed ka kahin naam o nishan nahi hai, mujhe to yeh aik shazish lagti hai jis se musalmanoon ka ittehaad khatm kiya gaya hai.
Jo bhi Alim e Deen, Faqeeh o Muhaddis aur Buzurgaan e Deen guzrey hain aur Qayamat tak aatey rahengey, un ka ehteram apni jagah par hai, kisi ki shaan mein burey aur nazeba kalimaat kehna main unki tauheen aur gustaakhi samjhta hun lekin jahan tak un ki baat maan-ney aur na maan-ney ka sawal hai to is masley mein Quran o Hadees se yeh saabit hota hai ke Quran o Hadees ke wazeh dalail hotay huwe us ke khilaaf hargiz kisi ki baat qabool nahi ki jayegi chahey woh kitney badey Alim kiyun na hon aur jis masley mein Quran o Hadees mein wazeh daleel nahi hai wahan Sahaba e Kiraam, Tabi’een e Izaam aur Tab’a Tabi’een ki taraf rujoo kiya jaayega aur jin ki baat dalail ki roshni mein qawi (mazboot) hogi unki baat qabool ki jayegi. Is se na sirf aik Alim ki balki Tamam ulama ki shaan bhi qayem rehti hai aur Quran o Hadees ki ittebaa’ bhi hoti hai.

Tamalluq aur chaploosi neik muashra (society) ke liye cancer hai. Chaploosi mein aik chaploos ka akela faida hota hai jabkay poooray samaaj ke liye nuqsaan hi nuqsaan hota hai. Yeh itni buri harkat hai ke isey samaaj mein ganday aur burey alqaab se jaana jaata hai misaal ke taur par: Talway chaatna, chamcha-giri karna waghera.

Chaploosi ke asbaab or maqasid se is ka negative pehlu wazeh honay ke saath is ka ilaaj bhi mil jata hai.

Pehla: Aaraam Pasandi;
Kabhi kabhar aaraam pasandi aadmi ko chaploos bana deti hai woh baghair mehnat ke chaploosi ki kamaai khana chahta hai jabkay Islam ne hamein rozi roti kamaney ke liye mehnat aur koshish karney par ubhara hai.

Hadees e Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam hai:
مَا أَكَلَ أَحَدٌ طَعَامًا قَطُّ خَيْرًا مِنْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْ عَمَلِ يَدِهِ، وَإِنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ دَاوُدَ ـ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ ـ كَانَ يَأْكُلُ مِنْ عَمَلِ يَدِهِ ‏"‏‏.‏
Tarjumah: Kisi insaan ne us shakhs se behtar rozi nahi khaai, jo khud apney haathon se kama kar khata hai aur Allah ke Nabi Dawood Alaihissalam apney haath se kam kar ke rozi khaya kartey they.
(Sahih Bukhari: 2072)

Yeh Hadees hamein kamaaney ke liye mehnat karney par ubharti hai. Jo baghair mehnat ke chaploosi ki kamaai khana pasand kartey hain woh haraam-kaari mein mubtala hain. Aisey logon ko tauba ke saath saath rizq e halal kamanay ki zaroorat hai.

Doosra: Shohrat talbi;
Chaploosi ki aik doosri wajah jhooti shohrat haasil karna hai taakay logon mein us ka maqaam o martaba barhey aur jis ki chaploosi karta hai is ki nazar mein mo’tabar samjha jaaye. Wazeh rahay is ke badey khatraat hain un mein jhooti tareef ya kisi ke samnay tareef karna bhi hai jo Islam ki nazar mein sakht ma’oob (Reproachful) hai.

RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya hai:
إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الْمَدَّاحِينَ فَاحْثُوا فِي وُجُوهِهِمُ التُّرَابَ
Tarjumah: Jab tum tareef karne walon ko dekho to un ke chehron par mitti daal do.
(Sahih Muslim: 3002)

Yeh haal un logon ka hai jo samnay sahih tareef kartey hain to jo jhooti tareef karen un ka kya haal hoga?

Aik baar Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Banu Aamir ke wafd ko apne liye Syed ka lafz istemaal karney par tok diya aur farmaya:
وَلاَ يَسْتَجْرِيَنَّكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ
Tarjumah: Shaitaan tumhein mere silsilay mein Jari (جرى) na kar dey. (ke tum aisay kalimaat keh baitho jo merey liye munasib na ho)
(Abu Dawood: 4806)

Is ke alawa is mein munafiqat aur duniya ki talab bhi hai jo Emaan ke liye bohot khatarnaak hai.

Teesra: Mahol ka Asar;
Kuch log mahol se mutassir ho kar is bemari mein mubtala ho jaatey hain. Is liye achchey mahol mein rehna, achcha saathi banana aur hamesha Allah ki bandagi kartey rehna insaan ko hamesha zillat aur ruswaaee se bachaayega.

Choutha: Dosron ko takleef pahunchana; 
Kai baar dosron se badla leney ya nuqsaan pahunchaney ya dosron ki chugul-khori insaan ko chaploosi ke rastay par laga deti hai. Momin bandah kabhi bhi kisi momin ko takleef nahi deta. Aur woh shakhs haqeeqat mein musalman hi nahi jo dosray bhai ko takleef deta hai ya nuqsaan pahunchaata hai.

Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ
Tarjumah: Musalman Wo Hai Jis Ki Zuban Or Haath Se Musalmaan Bache Rahen.
(Sahih Bukhari: 10)

Jo gheebat aur chughli karta hai woh bhi dosrey bhai ko takleef deta hai. Lehaza musalman apni zubaan aur haath ko galat istemaal se bachaaye. Is galat istemaal se duniya aur akhirat dono barbaad ho sakti hai.

Panchawan: Aib Poshi (Aib Chupana);
Apna aib chupaney ki liye bhi chaploosi ki jaati hai. Is qism ka ilaaj yeh hai ke agar Rab ka gunehgaar hai to Rab se mafi maang ley aur sachchi tauba kar ley. Aur agar kisi insaan ka gunehgaar hai to phir us se mafi maang ley. Yeh bada sakht marhala hota hai. Rab se mafi mangna aasaan hai magar bandon se mafi ko zillat tasawwur kiya jaata hai. Banda yeh bhool jata hai ke kal qayamat mein aaj se kahin ziyada zaleel aur ruswa hona padega jahan rishtey nate aur dost aur ahbaab se ley kar poori duniya walay honge. Aqalmand aur sahib e baseerat wohi hai jo badi zillat se bachney ke liye choti zillat bardasht kar ley. Haqeeqat mein apni galti ki mafi maangna zillat nahi badakpan hai, is badakpan se Allah Taala bhi khush ho jata hai.

Chatta: (Ohda) Designation Aur Mansab Ki Lalach;
Mansab bhi kya cheez hai jis ke dil mein is ki lalach paida ho jaye woh us ko haasil karney ke liye chaploosi to kya qatl karney se bhi nahi chookta. Is ki misaal hamein tareekh mein bohot saari mil jaayengi aur aaye din hum is ka mushahida bhi kartey hain. Chaploosi insaan ko sukoon nahi deti. Is ke zareya insaan mansaab wagera to hasil kar sakta hai lekin sukoon nahi haasil kar sakta kiunki uska mansab achchi bunyaad par nahi balki chaploosi par qaim hota hai. Hamein agar sukoon se zindagi guzarna hai to do baton ko saamney rakhna hoga:

Pehli:
Mansab ki chahat apney dil se nikalni hogi. Han agar khud se mil jaye to is mein koi burai nahi.

Doosri:
Munafiqat ki tang aur tareek raahon se nikalna padega.

Chaploosi aisi bemaari hai jo munafiqat ki saari qismein apne andar chupaaye huwe hoti hai. Yani aik bemari se hazaar bemariyan janam le leti hain is liye hamein kisi bhi faide ki khatir kisi qism ki chaploosi nahi karni hai.

Aik shuba ka izaala:
Shuba: Kuch log chaploosi ko waqt ki nazakat aur majaboori ka naam dete hain, yeh kehte hue ke naukari (job) / ohda (Designation) bachanay ke liye kabhi aisa karna majaboori ban jati hai is liye aisay halaat mein chaploosi karna koi harj ki baat nahi. Daleel mein muztar (majboor) ke liye khanzeer ke halal honey ko paish kartey hain.

Izaala: Agar chaploosi ko majaboori ka naam day kar jaaiz thehra liya jaye to fir halal o haram ka lihaaz kiye bagair rozi roti kamane ke liye koi bhi profession ikhtiyar kiya ja sakta hai jabkay islam mein aisi koi daleel nahi. Jahan tak majboor ke liye khinzeer ke halal honey ka masla hai to yeh sirf jaan bachanay ke liye hai. Jabki chaploos ko jaan ki koi parwah nahi hoti hai balki usey to kursi aur rozi roti bachanay ki fikr hoti hai aur yaad rakhen kursi aur ohda (Designation) bachanay wala muztar (majboor) nahi hai. Hamein sirf jaaiz tareeqe se rozi roti haasil karni chahiye.

Esa Alaihissalam Ka Nuzool Aur Shariyat e Muhammadiya Ki Paas-Dari


Tehreer: Shaikh Maqbool Ahmad Salafi Hafizahullah

Quran o hadees ke muta'addid (kai) dalail se pata chalta hai ke Mohammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke Baad koi Nabi nahi aaney wala hai. Aap hi Allah ki taraf se aakhri Nabi hain. Jaisa ke Allah taala ka farmaan hai:
مَا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَا أَحَدٍ مِنْ رِجَالِكُمْ وَلَٰكِنْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّينَ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمًا
Tarjuma: (Logo) Mohammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam tumharey mardon mein se kisi ke baap nahi lekin woh Allah ke Rasool aur khatimun-nabiyyeen (yaani tamam Nabiyon ke khatm karney waley) hain."
(Surah Al-Ahzaab, surah No: 33, ayat no: 40)

Esa Alaihissalam ki Risaalat apney zamaney tak thi jo khatam ho gayi, Islam ne aatey hi Pichli tamam Shariyaton ko mansookh kar diya. Khud Esa Alaihissalam is baat ki basharat de kar gaye ke meri Risaalat khatam honey ke Baad Ahmad (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ko Risaalat milegi. Quran ne is baat ko yun bayan kiya hai:
وَإِذْ قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ يَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَمُبَشِّرًا بِرَسُولٍ يَأْتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي اسْمُهُ أَحْمَدُ ۖ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ قَالُوا هَٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ
Tarjuma: Aur jab Mariyam ke betey Esa ne kaha Aye (meri qaum), Bani Israel! Main tum sab ki taraf Allah ka Rasool hun. Mujh se pehley ki kitaab Tauraat ki main tasdeeq karney wala hun aur apney baad aaney waley ek Rasool ki main tumhein khushkhabri sunaney wala hun jinka naam 'Ahmad' hai. Phir jab wo unke paas khuli daleelein le kar aaye toh wo kehney lage yeh toh khula jaadu hai.
(Surah As-Saf, Surah No: 61, Ayat No: 6)

Nabi e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke aaney se Esa Alaihissalam ki Risaalat khatam ho gayi, aur Qayamat ke qaayem honey tak Mohammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki hi Risaalat chalegi. Goya jab Esa Alaihissalam Qayamat ke qareeb mein nazil hongey toh Aap Mohammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki Shariyat ke perokaar (ittibaa karney waley) hongey aur usi ke mutabiq faisla karengey. Yeh baat upar zikr ki gai Aayaat se bhi sabit hoti hai, mazeed iskey alawah bhi bohot se wazeh aur sareeh dalail is silsiley mein maujood hain.

Mazeed kuch dalail dekhein:
(1) Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu farmate hain ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَيُوشِكَنَّ أَنْ يَنْزِلَ فِيكُمُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ حَكَمًا مُقْسِطًا فَيَكْسِرَ الصَّلِيبَ، وَيَقْتُلَ الْخِنْزِيرَ، وَيَضَعَ الْجِزْيَةَ، وَيَفِيضَ الْمَالُ حَتَّى لاَ يَقْبَلَهُ أَحَدٌ
Tarjuma: Us zaat ki qasam jiske haath mein meri Jaan hai, woh zamana aaney wala hai jab Ibne Maryam (Esa Alaihissalam) tum mein ek aadil aur munsif (insaaf karney waley) haakim ki haisiyat se utrengey. Woh Saleeb ko tod dalengey, sowwaron (pigs) ko maar dalengey aur Jizya ko khatam kar dengey. Us waqt maal ki itni ziyadti hogi ki koi leney wala na rahega.
(Sahih Bukhari: 2222)

Yeh hadees batlati hai ke Esa Alaihissalam ka nuzool aadil hakim ke taur par hoga, na ke Nabi or Rasool ke taur par.

(2) Nabi Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ka farman hai:
وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ ، لَوْ أَنَّ مُوسَى كَانَ حَيًّا ، مَا وَسِعَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَتْبَعَنِي‏
Tarjuma: Qasam us zaat ki jiske haath mein meri jaan hai agar Musa (Alaihissalam) bhi zinda hotey toh unhein meri pairwi karney ke alawah koi charah na hota.
(Ahmad: 3 / 387, Hadees No: 14736)
* Is hadees ko Sheikh Albani Rahimahullah ne Hasan Qarar diya hai. (Irwa ul Galeel: 1589)
Yeh hadees batlati hai ke Musa Alaihissalam hon ya Esa Alaihissalam jo bhi Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke Risaalat ke zamaaney mein rahengey unhein Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki hi pairwi karni hogi.

(3) Uqba Bin Amir Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
لَوْ كَانَ بَعْدِي نَبِيٌّ لَكَانَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ
Tarjuma: Agar merey baad koi Nabi hota toh woh Umar Bin Khattab (Radhiallahu Anhu) hotey.
(Tirmidhi: 3686)
* Is Hadees ko Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne Hasan kaha hai.

Ye hadees naam ke sath batlati hai ke agar koi Mohammad Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke Baad Nabi hota toh woh Esa Bin Mariyam nahi balke Umar Bin Khattab Radhiallahu Anhu hotey.

(4) Jabir Bin Abdullah Radhiallahu Anhu kehtey hain ki meine Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko farmatey huwe suna:
لاَ تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي يُقَاتِلُونَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ - قَالَ - فَيَنْزِلُ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيَقُولُ أَمِيرُهُمْ تَعَالَ صَلِّ لَنَا ‏.‏ فَيَقُولُ لاَ ‏.‏ إِنَّ بَعْضَكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ أُمَرَاءُ ‏.‏ تَكْرِمَةَ اللَّهِ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةَ
Tarjuma: Meri ummat ka ek giroh hamesha haq pe qayam rehte huwe qitaal karta rahega woh Qayamat ke din tak galib rahega. Phir Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Phir Esa Bin Mariyam Alaihissalam nazil honge, toh us waqt ka ameer kahega: Aagey badhein aur humein namaz padhayen. Toh Esa Alaihissalam kahengey: Nahi, tum khud hi aapas me ek dusre par ameer ho. Yeh Allah taala ne is ummat ko Shaan bakhshi hai.
(Sahih Muslim:156)

Ye hadees batlati hai ke Esa Bin Mariyam Alaihissalam ki maujoodgi mein bhi pehle se muta’ayyan Imaam Imamat karayengey jo ke is ummat (ummat se muraad Bani Israel nahi, balki Ummat e Mohammadiya hai) ke liye Allah ki taraf se fazeelat hai.

Isi maane ki riwayat Sahih Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim mein maujood hai. Riwayat is tarah se hai:
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏: كَيْفَ أَنْتُمْ إِذَا نَزَلَ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ فِيكُمْ وَإِمَامُكُمْ مِنْكُمْ
Tarjuma: RasoolAllah Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: Us waqt tumhari kya kaifiyat hogi jab Esa Bin Mariyam Alaihissalam tumharey darmiyan utrengey aur tumhara imaam tum hi mein se hoga.
(Sahih Bukhari: 3449 and Sahih Muslim: 155)

Upar zikr kiye gaye tamam dalail se Yeh baat sabit hoti hai ke, Esa Alaihissalam ummati ke taur par aadil hukmraan ban kar utrengey. Aur Mohammad ki shariyat ka paband ho kar faisla karengey.
Aap kisi naye firqe ki nisbat aur mu’ayyan Imaam ki taqleed se paak hongey.

Naye Is’wee Saal Ki Aamad Aur Qabil e Tawajjuh Kuch Umoor

Har qaum apney calendar ke hisaab se naye saal ke pehle din ko badi ahmiyat deti hai aur is din ko badi dhoom dhaam se manati hai. Halanki ye naya aur pehla din bhi dusrey dino se kuch alag nahi hota. Aisa nahi hai ke naye saal ke pehle din me sirf khushi hi khushi hoti hai. Dekha jaata hai ki gham mein doobey log us din bhi ghamgeen hi hotey hain. Naye saal par bhi logon ko maut aati hai, accidents hotey hain museebat aur mushkilaat paish aati hain, phir naye saal ke din ko khushi ke taur par mananey ki wajah kiya hai?
Is ke jawaab se alag naye is'wee saal ke aaney par barre sagheer (yaani Hindustan, Pakistan aur Bangladesh wagera) mein ajeeb qism ka mahol paaya jaata hai. Is mahol ko Islami nazariye mein dekhtey hain:

(1) Naya Saal Aur Happy New Year:
Pehli (1st) January ke aaney se kai din pehley se messages, cards aur zubaani taur par Happy New Year ke kalimaat jaari wa saari ho jatey hain (means log ek doosrey ko mubarakbad dena shuru kar detey hain). Alhumdulillah is'wee saal se hat kar musalmanon ka apna Arbi calendar paya jaata hai, aur ye qamri/hijri calendar Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum ke zamaney se hi paya jaata hai, unki zindagi mein bhi naya hijri saal aaya magar unhoney ek dusrey ko iski mubarakbaad nahi di jo is baat ki daleel hai ke ye naye saal ki mubarakbaad dena sunnat ke khilaaf hai. 
Isliye kisi musalman ke liye ye jaayez nahi ke kisi ko Happy New Year ka card bheje ya message likh kar Happy New Year ki mubarakbaad dey, ya zubaan se kisi ko Happy New Year kahey. 

(2) Naya Saal Aur Picnic:
Pehli (1st) January ko log gaon / shahar se bahar nikal kar sehra aur jungle mein jaa kar mil jul kar dawat ka ehtemam kartey hain (doosrey lafzon mein wo log mil kar party kartey hain). Ismein khaaney peeney ke saath sharaab-noshi (sharaab peena), aatish-bazi, aur raqs (dancing) wagera ki mehfil qayem ki jaati hai. Nez Magribi Tehzeeb ki naqal kartey huwe kai mard ke sath nau'jawan ladkiyan bhi is picnic mein shamil hoti hain. Picnic dar'asal (actually) mauj-masti ka doosra naam hai. Ismein paye jaaney waley umoor Islam ke khilaf hain. Is mauqey se main tamam musalman mard o khawateen ko naseehat karta hun ki is qism ki dawat aur picnic se bacha karein. Khaas taur se ghar ke zimmedaaron se guzarish karta hun ke apni aulaad ko picnic mein shirkat ki ijazat na dein. 

(3) Naya Saal Aur Aatish-Baazi:
Naye saal ke aaney par aatish-bazi ka bada haulnaak manzar dekhney ko milta hai. Ghar par, gali mein, chauharon par, mehfilon mein aur aam gurney waley raaston par is qadar aatish-bazi ki jaati hai ke issey kai bar aur kai jagah haadisaat (accidents) hotey hain. Is aatish-bazi mein musalmanon ko dekh kar bohot dukh hota hai ke Deen-e-Mohammadi ke naam leney waley kuffar ki naqqali mein unkey saath kiun?
Aatish-bazi mein fuzool kharchi, jaan aur maal ke nuqsaan ka pehlu aur kuffar ki mushabihat paayi jaati hai jo naye saal ki munasibat se hi nahi balkey har munasibat se Haram hai.

(4) Naya Saal Aur Tawahhumaat: 
Naye saal ke talluq se bohot saari tawahhumaat payi jaati hain. Kuch ka talluq to rasam o riwaaj se hai, magar kuch tawahhumaat seedhey Aqaaid se takratey hain. Aur taqreeban har mulk (country) mein ajeeb o gareeb qism ki riwayaat payi jaati hain. India to waisey bhi ajaibaat ke liye duniya bhar mein mashoor aur ma’roof hai.
Kahin naye saal ke aaney par ghar ke puraaney furniture ko nikaal kar naye furniture lagaye jaatey hain to kahi puraaney samaan se Bad-Faali li jaati hai aur usey phenk kar naya samaan laya jqata hai. Kahi kachra ghar se bahar nikalna bad-qismati nikalney ke barabar samjha jaata hai to kahi par coin uchal ka qismaton ka faisla kiya jata hai. Islam mein is qism ki riwayaat aur tawahhumaat aur bad-faali ki koi gunjaish nahi hai.

Naye Saal Par Hum Kya Karein?
Yahan ek sawal ye paida hota hai ke agar hum naye saal ki amad (aaney) par upar zikr kiye gaaye umoor anjaam nahi den, to phir humein naye saal ke aaney par kya karna chahiye?
Is sawal ke talluq se main sabsey pehley ye batana chahta hun ke hum log musalman hain aur musalmanon ka naya saal is'wee nahi hijri hai. Goya humein pehli January se koi matlab nahi. Agar matlab hai to Islami saal se hai.
Islam me naye saal ki amad Moharram-ul-Haram se hoti hai. Aur Moharram 4 hurmat waaley mahino mein se ek mahina hai.
Humein Moharram ke aaney par sabsey pehley ye fikr karni hai ke ye duniya faani (khatam hone wali) hai, yahan ki har chiz faani hai. Humein bhi ek na ek din yahan se jaana hai. Is fikr aur khayaal se hamarey andar ye ehsaas hoga ke hum ne zindagi ka ek qeemti saal kho diya. Saath saath ye muhasiba bhi karna hai ke guzrey huwe mahino mein humsey kya galati hue kya gunah huwe, aur kaunsa neik kaam humney saocha aur nahi kar sakey. Is muhasibey ki saqth aaney waley saal ke liye neki ki raah chalney ke liye mukammal planning karein. Agar humney neki ki raah chalney ke liye koi thoos schedule tayyar na kiya to ek-ek saal hamari umar se yunhi kam hota chala jayega aur hamarey daman mein burayi ke siwa kuch na hoga. Aur jab umar tamam kar ke Khaliq e Haqeeqi se milenge to afsoos se haathon ko malna padega.

Is se pehley ki afsoos karna padey apna daman nekiyon se bhar letey hain.

Hadees "Badon Ke Saath Barkat" Ki Wazahat


Tehreer: Shaikh Maqbool Ahmad Salafi Hafizahullah

Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farman hai:
البَرَكَةُ مع أَكَابِرِكُمْ
Tarjuma: Tumharey badon ke saath hi tum mein khair o barkat hai.
(Sahih ibn e Hibban: 559 and Tabarani fil Ausat, Link
Is hadees ko Sheikh Albani Rahimahullah ne sahih kaha hai. (Silsilah As Saheehah: 1778)

Is hadees se kuch logon ne ye istidlal kiya hai ke buzurgon se hi deen hasil kiya jaye kiyunki unhi ke paas khair o barkat hai. Halanki is hadees mein ilm hasil karney ki koi baat hi nahi hai. Mutlaq ek baat kahi gayi hai ke khair o barkat badon ke paas hai.

Is hadees mein jo badey ka lafz hai wo do tarah ka hai:
Pehla: ilmi aitebaar se bada ho. Allah Taala jisey chahta hai ilm se nawazta hai, uska darja bhi bada bana deta hai, is lehaz se wo badey huwe go (گو) ke umar ke lehaz se chota ho.
Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
ﻳَﺮْﻓَﻊِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺁﻣَﻨُﻮﺍ ﻣِﻨﻜُﻢْ ﻭَﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺃُﻭﺗُﻮﺍ ﺍﻟْﻌِﻠْﻢَ ﺩَﺭَﺟَﺎﺕ
Tarjuma: Allah Taala tum mein se un logon ke jo Imaan laaye hain aur jo ilm diye gaye hain unkey darjaat buland farmata hai.
(Surah Al Mujadilah, Surah No: 58  Ayat No: 11)

To jo ilmi aitebaar se badey darjey par faaiz hon, unsey faida haasil karna chahiye, ye bhi maloom ho ke alag alag ilm-o-fan (علم وفن) ke alag alag mahireen hain. Jo jis fan ka mahir ho us se us fan ke mutalliq ilm hasil kiya jaye.
Jaisa ke Allah Taala ne apney is farmaan me kaha hai:
ﻓَﺎﺳْﺄَﻟُﻮﺍ ﺃَﻫْﻞَ ﺍﻟﺬِّﻛْﺮِ ﺇِﻥ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢْ ﻟَﺎ ﺗَﻌْﻠَﻤُﻮﻥ
Tarjuma: Tum ahle ilm se pucho agar tum nahi jantey.
(Surah An Nahal, Surah No: 16  Ayat No: 43)

Iski mazeed wazahat RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke farmaan se ho jaati hai, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: 
إنَّ من أشراطِ الساعةِ أنْ يُلتمسَ العلمُ عند الأصاغرِ
Tarjuma: Qayamat ki nishaniyon mein se hai ke chotey logon se ilm talash kiya jayega."
{Sahih al Jami’ (Albani) : 2207}

Yahan chotey logo se murad wo log hain jo deen se jahil hon, na ki umar mein chotey hon.
Yahi Baat ibne Sereen Rahimahullah ke qaul se wazeh hoti hai, jisey Imam Muslim Rahimahullah ne Sahih Muslim ke Muqaddamey mein zikr kiya hai.
إن هذا العلم دين فانظروا عمن تأخذون دينكم
Tarjuma: Beshak ilm, deen hai to tum dekho ki tum kissey apna deen hasil kartey ho?

Ilm ke husool se mutalliq ye baat bhi dhiyan rahey ke Quran o Hadees hi ilm ka naam hai. Jo in dono musadir se ilm sikhaaye unhi se ilm liya jaaye.

Doosra: Jo ilmi aitebaar se nahi balki umar ke aitebaar se bada ho, aisey logo se deen ka ilm to nahi, lekin dunyawi tajrubaat aur mushaahdaat hasil kiya jaa sakta hai. Deen har haal mein unhi se hasil kiya jayega jin ke pas Quran o Hadees ka ilm ho.
Jaisa ki mainey upar kaha hai ke ye Hadees Mutlaq is baat ko batati hai ke khair o barkat tum mein se badon mein hai. Iska matlab ye hua ke jo badey hotey hain chaahey umar mein ho ya ilm mein unki tauqeer (izzat) ki jaye, is maaney ki taa'eed ek Zaeef Hadees se hoti hai:
اشربْ فإِنَّ البرَكَةَ فِي أكابِرِنَا فَمَنْ لَمْ يَرْحَمْ صغيرَنا ويُجِلَّ كبيرَنا فليس مِنَّا
Tarjuma: Piyo pas beshak humarey badon ki wajah se hi hum mein khair o barkat hai. Pas wo hum mein se nahi jo humarey choton par rahem nahi karta, aur humarey badon ki izzat nahi karta.
(Silsilah az Zaeefah: 7152)

Khulasa ke taur par ye kaha jayega ke saari barkat Allah ki taraf se hai. Wo jisey chahey barkat se nawaz dey chahey chota ho ya bada.

Waisey media poora ka poora be-lagaam hai lekin social media ismein bohot aagey hai. Social media se muraad Internet Blogs, samaaji rawabit ki websites jaise SMS, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Google+, dig, YouTube, WhatsApp aur degar rawabit hain. Aaj ke daur me social media ki ahmiyat se inkaar nahi kiya jaa sakta, iski ahmiyat mein din-ba-din izafah ho raha hai. Social media electronic aur print media se bhi ziyada tezi se maqbool ho raha hai. Iski sabse badi wajah logon ka issey judna hai. Is media mein khabron aur malumaat ko talash karney ki zaroorat nahi, balki malumaat ka zakheera khud ba khud Aap tak pahunch jaata hai. Ek choti si choti khabar famous karney ke liye kisi bhi social site me ek post share karney ki zarurat hai phir ye khud ba-khud ek se dusrey dusrey se teesrey tak pahunch jayegi.

Is media se jahan kuch faida hua wahin iskey bohot se burey asraat bhi samaaj par hue hain. Khas taur se Islam ke dushman aur shirk o bid'aat me dubi hue qaumon ne apney burey maqasid ko poora karney ke liye is media se khoob khoob faida uthaya aur logon ko asal Islam se door aur mutnaffar karney ke liye koi mauqa haath se nahi jaaney diya. Unki yeh koshish ab bhi jaari hai.

Social media ke zariye awaam ko gumrah karney ki chand jhalkiyan:
(1) Seedhey saadhey logon ko gumrah karney ke liye ek jhooth ko is qadr phailaya ke log usey sahih samjhney lagey.

(2) Kiyunki Social Media par achchey khasey padhey likhey log bhi hain, unhein gumrah karney ke liye Qurani Aayaat aur Ahadees ka Sahara liya aur Quran o Hadees ka mafhoom tod marod kar paish kiya.

(3) Iskey zariye ek firqe wala dusrey firqe waley par buri tarha hamla karta hai. Aur iski aad me dabey taur par aur kai bar khuley taur par sunnat ka mazaq udaya jaata hai.

(4) Is media pe bohot saari baatein be'asal aur be'buniyad hain magar unhein log nahi jantey.

(5) apni jhoothi baat ko authentic bataney ke liye use Nabi kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki taraf mansoob kiya jaata hai.
ﻧﻌﻮﺫﺑﺎﻟﻠﮧ ﻣﻦ ﺫﻟﮏ

(6) Kuch mansoob jhuthi baaton mein Hadees ki kitaabon ka bhi hawala dey diya jaata hai.

(7) Yahi nahi balkey achchey achchey logon ko chakma deney aur unhein gumraah karney ke liye Sahih Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim ka hawala diya jaata hai jabkey ye cheez wahan maujood nahi hoti.

(8) Bid'ati logon ke to mazey hi mazey hain kiyunki unhein behtreen aur dilkash designs waley images ke saath zaeef, mauzu aur jhoothi riwayaat phailaney ka sunehra mauqa jo haath aa gaya.

(9) Kashf o Karamat waley bhi is maidan me peechey nahi jo jhoothe qissey kahaniyan buzurgon ki taraf mansoob kar ke phailatey hain.

(10) Is media me ek dusrey ko burey Alqaab se pukarna Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum aur Aimma Rahimahumullah se jirah karna aur Ulama e Kiraam par kufr ke fatwey lagana, nez ulama ki tauheen wali jhooti tasweer post karna aam hai.
Nauzubillah ulama ki tasweer ka kuch hissa le kar nangi aur fahash tasweeron ke beech set kar ke uska mazaaq udana wagairah wagairah jo bayan se bahar hai.
ﺍﻟﺤﻔﻆ ﻭﺍﻻﻣﺎﻥ

Inke alawah be-shumaar kharabiyan hain jo ye Media aur issey judey bad-bakht afraad anjaam deney mein koi kasar nhi utha rakhtey.
Aap logon se adab o ikhlaas ke saath guzarish hai ke is media ka sahih istemal karein. Aur iskey zariye Islam ke khilaaf honey wali saazishon ko mitaayen. Aur logon me phailey shukook o shubhaat ka har mumkin taur par izaala karein.

Allah taala hum sab sachchey musalmanon ka haami o nasir ho, aur deen ke khilaf sar-garam amal anasir par uska gaiz o gazab ho. Aameen

Sawaal:
Mujh se ek bhai ne zikr kiya ki unhone ek TV programme mein ek molvi se suna wo keh rahe the ke miya biwi me kam jhagda honey, aur mohabbat badhaney ke liye har namaz ke Baad "Ya Wadud" kasrat se padha karein.
Kya ye tareeqa Quran o hadees ki roshni me sahi hai?



Jawaab:
"Wadud" Allah ke asmaye husna (behtareen naamon) mein se hai, is ke matlab hai mohabbat karna. Soofiyon ke yaha "Ya Wadud" ka wird muta'addid qism ke mohabbat ke taur pe kasrat se istemaal hota hai.
Kuch ki taraf ishara kar deta hun jo unke yahan ma’roof (famous) hai, taki logo pe iski haqeeqat zahir ho jaye.

(1) Jo shakhs 1000 martaba "ya wadudu" padh kar khaney par dam karega, aur biwi ke sath baith kar wo khana khayega to In Sha Allah miya biwi ka jhagda khatam ho jayega aur aapas me mohabbat paida ho jayegi.

(2) Jo shakhs is mubaarak naam ka 1000 baar zikr karega Woh Allah Rabbul Izzat ka mehboob ho jayega.

(3) Miya biwi ki mohabbat ke liye awwal aakhir 2 baar darood shareef aur "ya wadud" 2000 baar cheeni par. Ya  awwal akhir 2 baar darood shareef aur "ya wadud" 1000 baar namak par padh kar matloob ka naam le kar dam karein,  aur matloob ko khilayein. Aapas mein mohabbat mein izafa hoga.

(4) Jiska beta buraiyon me mubtala ho wo juma ke Baad 1000 baar ye mubarak naam muat'tir o lateef sheerni par padh kar dam karey, aur do rakat namaz ada karey, aur wo sheerni usko khilaye In sha Allah beta neik aur saleh ho jayega.

(5) Iska wird taskheer ke liye mufeed hai.

(6) Jo shakhs kisi pareshani me pad jaye, ya dushmano ya daaku'on ke nargey me aa jaye wo 2 rakaat namaz padh kar dua kare in sha Allah pareshani door ho jayegi.
Dua ye hai:
اَللّٰھُمَّ یَاوَدُوْد (teen baar) یَا ذَا الْعَرْشِ الْمَجِیْدُ یَا مُبْدِئُ یَا مُعِیْدُ یَا فَعَّالاً لِّمَا یُرِیْدُ اَسْءَلُکَ بِنُوْرِ وَجْھِکَ الَّذِیْ مَلَأَ اَرْ کَانَ عَرْشِکَ وَبِقُدْرَتِکَ الَّتِیْ قَدَرْتَ بِھَا عَلٰی جَمِیْعِ خَلْقِکَ وَبِرَحْمَتِکَ الَّتِیْ وَسِعَتْ کُلَّ شَیْ ءٍ لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّآ اَنْتَ یَاغِیَاثَ الْمُسْتَغْثِیْنَ اَغْثِنِیْ (aghisni teen baar)

(7) Jo dulhan sasurali ghar me pehli baar dakhil hotey waqt ek saans me 7 baar "ya wadud" padhegi usey saari zindagi apney miya aur sasural se pyaar milega.

Upar zikr kiye gaye "Ya Wadud" ke saarey azkaar khayali aur banawti hain.
Dar'asal inhein gadhney (bananey) waley wo pesha'war log hain jinhone jhaad phoonk ko paise kamaney aur apne aapko famous karney ka zariya banaya.
Is qism ke banawati azkaar se pesha'waron ne to khoob kamaai ki, jhoothi shaan ke mehal tameer kiye. Magar sadah musalmano ki zindagi tabaah kardi. Unhein Allah ki ibadat se ghafil kar ke In banawati azkar par jhootha yaqeen dilwa diya.
Allah ki panah!

In mein se koi bhi tareeqa aur amal kisi Saheeh Hadees se sabit nhi hai. (6) number mein jo zikr hai usey sheikh Albani Rahimahullah ne “Mauzoo” kaha hai. {As Silsilah Az Zaeefah (Albani): 5737}

Isliye ye sharai tareeqa nahi hai, Islam ne jis ta’lluq se jo rehnumai ki hai wohi faida-mand hai.
Aur musalmano ko Quran o hadees se sabit shudah tareeqey pe hi amal karna chahiye.

Museebat Aur Bechaini Ke Waqt Ki Kuch Duayen


(1) اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ، اللَّهُمَّ أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي، اللَّهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَاتِي، وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِي، وَاحْفَظْنِي مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيَّ، وَمِنْ خَلْفِي، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي، وَعَنْ شِمَالِي، وَمِنْ فَوْقِي، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أُغْتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِي
Tarjuma: Ya Allah! Beshak mein tujh se duniya aur akhirat mein maafi aur aafiyat ka sawal karta hon. Ya Allah! beshak mein tujh se maafi ka aur deen o duniya mein ahl o ayaal aur maal asbaab mein aafiyat ka sawal karta hon. Ya Allah! Merey aibon par parda daal dey aur meri pareshaniyon se mujhey aman day. Aur meri hifazat farma merey samnay se, mere peechay se, meri dayen taraf se, meri bayen taraf se aur mere upar se, aur mein is baat se bhi teri panah mein aata hun ke mujhey neechay se achanak pakar liya jaye.

(2) Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ke, RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam pareshaani ki halat mein ye kalimat dohratey they:
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ، وَرَبُّ الأَرْضِ، وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ
Tarjuma: Sahib e azmat aur burdbaar ke siwa koi ma’bood e barhaq nahi, Allah ke siwa koi ma’bood e barhaq nahi jo arsh e azeem ka Rab hai, Allah ke siwa koi mabood e barhaq nahi jo aasmaano aur zameenon ka Rab hai arsh e kareem ka Rab hai.
(Sahih Bukhari: 6346, Sahih Muslim: 2730)

(3) Hazrat Abu Bakrah Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke, RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne irshaad farmaya: Preshaan haal ke liye yeh dua hai:
اللَّهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ أَرْجُو فَلاَ تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ
Tarjuma: Aye Allah! Main teri hi rehmat ki ummeed karta hun, tu mujhey lamha bhar (palak jhapakney tak) ke liye bhi mere nafs ke hawaaley na kar, merey saarey mu’aamlaat durust farma de, tere alawah koi sachcha ma’bood nahi hai.
(Abu Dawud: 5090)
* Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne “sahih al Jami’: 3388” mein isko sahih kaha hai. 

(4) ﻟَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻪَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺃَﻧْﺖَ ﺳُﺒْﺤَﺎﻧَﻚَ ﺇِﻧِّﻲ ﻛُﻨْﺖُ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﻈَّﺎﻟِﻤِﻴﻦ
Tarjuma: Tere alawah koi sachcha ma’bood nahi, tu paak hai, yaqeenan mai hi zaalimon mein se hun.
(Tirmidhi: 3505)
* Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne “Sahih al Targheeb: 1826” mein isko sahih kaha hai.

(5) اللَّهُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي لاَ أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئً
Tarjuma: Allah Allah mera Rab hai, main uskey saath kisi chiz ko bhi shareek nahi karta.
(Ibn e Majah: 3882) 
*Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko sahih kaha hai. 

(6) Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Agar kisi bande ko koi museebat pahunchey aur wo ye alfaaz kahey to Allah Taala usey uski museebat ka ajr deta hai aur usey uska behtar badal ata kar farmata hai.
إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ اللَّهُمَّ أْجُرْنِي فِي مُصِيبَتِي وَأَخْلِفْ لِي خَيْرًا مِنْهَا
Tarjuma: Yaqeenan hum Allah hi ki milkiyat hain aur usi ki taraf laut kar jaaney waley hain, Aye Allah! mujhey meri is museebat ka ajr dey aur mujhey iska behtar badal ata farma.
(sahih Muslim: 918)

(7) حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
Tarjuma: Humarey liye Allah kaafi hai aur wo bohot achcha kaar saaz hai.
(Sahih Bukhari: Kitab ul Tafseer)

Sawaal:
Hamarey yahan kuch aurtein hamal ke dauran surah Yusuf aur surah Maryam wagairah ki tilawat karti hain, mera sawal ye hai ke kya shariyat mein hamal ke dauraan (period mein) kisi wazeefey ka suboot milta hai?

Jawaab:
Hamal mukammal taur se takleef ka naam hai, hamila aurat ko is halat me bohot zada mushkilaat aur pareshaaniyon ka saamna karna padta hai, khaas taur se starting ke teen mahino mein. Jaisey jaisey hamal badhta hai museebat mein izafa hota chala jata hai, aur jab zachgi ka aalam hota hai toh us aalam ki takleef ka mardon ko taswwur nhi ho sakta. Iska andaza wahi kar sakti hai jo is halat se guzarti hai.

Quraan ne Iska zikr is tarha kiya hai:
وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ وَهْنًا عَلَىٰ وَهْنٍ وَفِصَالُهُ فِي عَامَيْنِ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيْكَ إِلَيَّ الْمَصِيرُ
Tarjuma: Hum ne insaan ko uskey maa baap ke mutalliq naseehat ki hai, uski maa ne dukh par dukh utha ke usey hamal me rakha.
(Surah Luqman, Surah No: 31  Ayat No:14)

Doosri jagah is takleef ka zikr is andaaz me hai:
وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ إِحْسَانًا ۖ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ كُرْهًا وَوَضَعَتْهُ كُرْهًا ۖ وَحَمْلُهُ وَفِصَالُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ شَهْرًا ۚ
Tarjuma: Aur hum ney insaan ko apne maa baap ke saath husn e sulook karney ka hukm diya hai, uski maa ne takleef jhel kar usey pet me rakha aur takleef bardasht kar ke usey jana. Uskey hamal ka aur doodh chudaney ka zamana tees (30) mahiney ka hai.
(Surah Al-Ahqaaf, Surah No: 46  Ayat No:15)

Qurani Aayaat se wazeh hota hai ke hamal takleef-dar-takleef ka naam hai. Isi wajah se maa ka darja uncha ho jata hai.

Yahan sawal ye paida hota hai ke Islam ne Itni takleef'deh halat e hamal ke liye koi makhsoos dua ya koi makhsoos amal bataya hai?
Toh Iska jawab ye hai ke Islam mein takleef ke waqt ke liye kai duayen maujood hain, magar hamal ke liye koi khaas zikr, koi khaas dua, koi khaas wazeefa, aur koi khaas amal nahi batlaya gaya hai. Takleef ki halat me hamila (pregnant) aurat bagair takhsees kiye zikr o azkaar, tilawat e Quran, dua aur isteghfar wagera kar sakti hai.

Museebat Aur Bechaini Ke Waqt Ki Kuch Duayen:
(1) اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ، اللَّهُمَّ أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي، اللَّهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَاتِي، وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِي، وَاحْفَظْنِي مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيَّ، وَمِنْ خَلْفِي، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي، وَعَنْ شِمَالِي، وَمِنْ فَوْقِي، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أُغْتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِي
Tarjuma: Ya Allah! Beshak mein tujh se duniya aur akhirat mein maafi aur aafiyat ka sawal karta hon. Ya Allah! beshak mein tujh se maafi ka aur deen o duniya mein ahl o ayaal aur maal asbaab mein aafiyat ka sawal karta hon. Ya Allah! Merey aibon par parda daal dey aur meri pareshaniyon se mujhey aman day. Aur meri hifazat farma merey samnay se, mere peechay se, meri dayen taraf se, meri bayen taraf se aur mere upar se, aur mein is baat se bhi teri panah mein aata hun ke mujhey neechay se achanak pakar liya jaye.

(2) Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ke, RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam pareshaani ki halat mein ye kalimat dohratey they:
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ، وَرَبُّ الأَرْضِ، وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ
Tarjuma: Sahib e azmat aur burdbaar ke siwa koi ma’bood e barhaq nahi, Allah ke siwa koi ma’bood e barhaq nahi jo arsh e azeem ka Rab hai, Allah ke siwa koi mabood e barhaq nahi jo aasmaano aur zameenon ka Rab hai arsh e kareem ka Rab hai.

(3) Hazrat Abu Bakrah Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke, RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne irshaad farmaya: Preshaan haal ke liye yeh dua hai:
اللَّهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ أَرْجُو فَلاَ تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ
Tarjuma: Aye Allah! Main teri hi rehmat ki ummeed karta hun, tu mujhey lamha bhar (palak jhapakney tak) ke liye bhi mere nafs ke hawaaley na kar, merey saarey mu’aamlaat durust farma de, tere alawah koi sachcha ma’bood nahi hai.
(Abu Dawud: 5090)
* Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne “sahih al Jami’: 3388” mein isko sahih kaha hai. 

(4) ﻟَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻪَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺃَﻧْﺖَ ﺳُﺒْﺤَﺎﻧَﻚَ ﺇِﻧِّﻲ ﻛُﻨْﺖُ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﻈَّﺎﻟِﻤِﻴﻦ
Tarjuma: Tere alawah koi sachcha ma’bood nahi, tu paak hai, yaqeenan mai hi zaalimon mein se hun.
(Tirmidhi: 3505)
* Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne “Sahih al Targheeb: 1826” mein isko sahih kaha hai.

(5) اللَّهُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي لاَ أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئً
Tarjuma: Allah Allah mera Rab hai, main uskey saath kisi chiz ko bhi shareek nahi karta.
(Ibn e Majah: 3882) 
*Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko sahih kaha hai. 

(6) Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Agar kisi bande ko koi museebat pahunchey aur wo ye alfaaz kahey to Allah Taala usey uski museebat ka ajr deta hai aur usey uska behtar badal ata kar farmata hai.
إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ اللَّهُمَّ أْجُرْنِي فِي مُصِيبَتِي وَأَخْلِفْ لِي خَيْرًا مِنْهَا
Tarjuma: Yaqeenan hum Allah hi ki milkiyat hain aur usi ki taraf laut kar jaaney waley hain, Aye Allah! mujhey meri is museebat ka ajr dey aur mujhey iska behtar badal ata farma.
(sahih Muslim: 918)

(7) حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
Tarjuma: Humarey liye Allah kaafi hai aur wo bohot achcha kaar saaz hai.
(Sahih Bukhari: Kitab ul Tafseer)

Allah Taala har maa ko is dauran sabr e jameel ki quwwat dey. Aur aulaad ko walidain ke sath husn e suluk ki taufeeq ata farma.
